Property was beautiful including the artwork on the ceiling in this building that is over 100 years old .Staff was excellent accommodations were excellent .right in city center. Walking distance to all major locations. restaurants right outside the door.
Young woman who prepared breakfast every morning was fantastic and accommodating, and very friendly. As was daily and nighttime staff..
Nothing although electrical lighting and electricity system unusual with card having to be put into a machine but apparently that is all hotels in Florence. Took time getting used to..

This hotel was situated in the town in Florence.The hotel was secured. There are a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel. There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station.

Location is amazing, really close to the Train Station - especially important for those returning/taking rental cars. Cleanliness was also very good.
We were very happy to be upgraded to a suite with a bathtub, however, there is no place we could hang the shower. It can be challenging to shower in a bathtub while holding the shower. A small hook could increase significantly the experience.

Great location. Six minute walk from train station ,about a 7 minute walk to Duomo. maybe a 15 minute walk to Ponta Vecchio. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Staff super friendly.

We enjoyed this hotel and we were happy that we were given a bigger room.
The room was amazing with an impressive ceiling design.
The location was perfect, short walking distance to almost all the main attractions in Florence.
The breakfast was good and hotel had an outdoor terrace which was lovely in the morning and at night.
We arrived by car and the nearby parking garage (Garage Giglio) is very convenient.

We were extremely fortunate to find this place after the AC wasn't working in our original accommodations and we had to quickly find another place for our 4-night stay. Exceeded our expectations. Super modern features. Comfortable. Elevator. Friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. Would ABSOLUTELY stay there again if we ever return to Florence. Great location as well. Close to the sites, and the train station.

The location was ideal, close to the sites we wanted to see and restaurants to eat at plus we could get in and out of the hotel easily.

The location was fantastic—perfect for a brief 5-10 minute walk to the Duomo, yet situated on a quiet and peaceful street. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It included a mini fridge, air conditioning, and the bathroom facilities were new and well-maintained. As someone with celiac disease, I appreciated that they provided a gluten-free breakfast every morning. Additionally, the two restaurants at the end of the street offer entirely gluten-free menus and are certified to do so. There is also a dedicated gluten-free gelato shop just one block away, along with a grocery store that has a large gluten-free section. We will for sure be staying here again on our next visit to Florence.
It was ideal and perfect for us.
