Wonderful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. I have some dietary issues and they bought in special gluten free food for me. They were also really accommodating when I asked to stay a little longer after check-out. Location is excellent with several restaurants and supermarkets in the same street. Five mins walk from the Duomo.

I was really upset… I left my luggage at the reception for two hours, but after leaving the hotel I realize that some clothes disapeared from my suitcase. I write them letter, but they denied everything and they did not want to check video records

There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station.

The staff were so helpfuland friendly. A great breakfast and fab location for train station & all attractions.
Our room was a bit small, it was a challenge walking round the bed and not hitting the tv.
