I was really upset… I left my luggage at the reception for two hours, but after leaving the hotel I realize that some clothes disapeared from my suitcase. I write them letter, but they denied everything and they did not want to check video records

This hotel was situated in the town in Florence.The hotel was secured. There are a lot of shops and restaurants below the hotel. There is a good restaurant below the hotel that serves good pizza and Florentine steaks. The room was modern and very clean. It is about a 10-15 minute walked from Santa Maria Novella station.

The staff were so helpfuland friendly. A great breakfast and fab location for train station & all attractions.
Our room was a bit small, it was a challenge walking round the bed and not hitting the tv.

The room was very good, good lighting, bathroom and quiet but could have been a little bigger to be more comfortable but air conditioning excellent. Breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. An excellent location.
An inside sitting area to relax in with book, chat with friends, cool drink etc.would have been good, especially during the heat of the day and as room was compact.There was an outside area but exposed to elements and the breakfast area was more a functional space.
