Top class hotel with a very warm personal touch.
It is as wonderful as the photos auggest! They really are hospitable people first and businesspeople second. That is rare these days.

This is a nice hotel on a quiet street, a location that is sure to be appreciated by tired travelers battling tourist crowds. Better still, it’s just a short walk from a tram stop that connects to the train station. Nearby is a botanical garden well worth strolling though.
The hotel is run by two nice people, one of whom speaks very good English. The accommodations are comfortable and up-to-date. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff members, good location in the city. Very good communication with the team. If I returned to Florence I'd happily stay here again.
It would have been helpful to have a clearer process for late check-ins. Also, it would have been helpful to add plug sockets closer to the beds.

Very friendly and helpful during our stay. Wonderful room with a beautiful fresco. Tasty breakfast and excellent coffee.
The bed could have been slightly softer for my personal preference.
