Locations and cleanliness was great, staff behaviour was so kind with smile and we really enjoyed to spend time in room, with huge windows and clean bath and toilet

Two minute walk from the train station and approx 5 to the main centre of Florence. Lovely and comfy room, nice bathroom (with hairdryer). Staff super friendly, breakfast was great and even a free coffee machine to use at other times . Thank you.

Location from train station is great. Room was spacious and clean.
The location, although convenient, is not the safest or nicest area because it's close to the train station. Things are a bit outdated in the room and the shower is small.

Breakfast was delicious! A lovely surprise in a little room upstairs! Both hot & cold items offered.
Directions to hotel weren’t complete so took awhile to find it. Check in clerk wasn’t exactly welcoming. Would be helpful to have restaurant suggestions & information on the sites in the area.

Excellent location for a short stay. 5 min. walk from Central Train Station Sta. Maria Novella. Lots of restaurants in the area. Also a couple of supermarkets around the corner. We were allocated a big room with big bath room on the top floor. Lots of storage space in the room. We needed to walk up the stairs one floor to reach it after taking the elevator. The breakfast room was one more floor on top. Good breakfast, with hot beverages, fresh fruit, fruit juices and pastries. Also scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. For local artisanal Italian ice cream, I strongly recommend LA STREGA NOCCIOLA.
Being September, Firenze was still very hot, with temperatures between 31oC & 33oC. It was very disappointing not to be allowed to replenish our bottles of water from the water dispenser in the breakfast room by the staff. We needed that to start our sightseeing day.

The location is great! It is walking distance to the train station and a short walk to the city's historical centre with all the attractions!
The room was excellent and everything was very clean! The bed was very comfy too!
The breakfast was adequate for someone who does not want anything fancy. It includes the essentials that can fill you up in the morning to start your day!
To my point of view everything was fine!

Great location if you need to move from the train station to another cities, like it was my case. The breakfast is delicious, the room is really big and with all you need.
