Hotel is nice and in the heart of the city. The staff was very helpful. A couple of minutes away from the Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station. The breakfast was good.
It is difficult to reserve the hotel since it is always fully reserved)))

Great location - close to station and central.
Lovely well kept rooms.
Very clean.
Good breakfast.
Late check in of 16:00 and we still had to wait for our room to be available.

Wonderful
The hotel is centrally located just a short walk from the Santa Maria Novella train station and which is really convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely view overlooking the famous
Brunelleschi's Dome. You are also only a short walk from Palazzo dei Congressi, Central Market, and Basilica of Santa Maria Novella. I also loved the old fashioned lift!

Nice high ceilings and good size rooms. Location is perfect. Staff was friendly. Overall a good option, but a few things that they could improve on for sure.
Breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel. Mosquitoes in the room. Window was broken. A little expensive for what you get in my opinion.

Breakfast was delicious … especially the fresh cakes, jams and Nutella. Location perfect to train station, the Duomo and leather market. Staff friendly and helpful.
Would have been nice to have a kettle, coffee and milk in the room.

Wonderful
The breakfast was excellent. Great croissants, coffee, cheeses, meats - a very good buffet. The serving area was comfortable, although a bit difficult to climb up a flight of stairs to get there!

Near the traim station and to the city center. The lift i like very much because it feels like i am in the past. The breakfast has a lot of choices

The room was up a tiny stairs without any indication of the nearest fire exit which is obliged by italian law in the three star hotel
I had no room to even open my suitcase and it was a dark room accessible on by narrow stairs
