I asked for a quiet room but was woken every morning at around 5 by staff preparing breakfast. My room was adjacent to the breakfast room. Too much noise as a result

Best place to stay in Florence, great service, super clean, close to the station and all attractions. We walked everywhere.. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Hearing the noise of the people outside of your room. But if you ate too tired from sightseeing, this shouldn't bother you.
