I love the location. It is near the bus station and the river, but a nice distance from the crowds.
Everything is pristinely clean and so well appointed.
Nice workout room and an absolutely stunning breakfast.
The staff, every one, was friendly and kind.
I enjoyed walking to the museums and sights, especially along the Arno.
I can’t find a thing I did not like.

This property is within walking distance of the ponte Vecchio.It is also not far from the train station.
The rooms are spotlessly clean.The staff here at the hotel are friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast provided by the hotel has a great variety of food and it’s colorful and well presented.I love staying here when I come to Florence.

Outstanding hotel, location and breakfast. The lounge sofa area was very comfortable and inviting. The hotel graciously allowed us to store luggage temporarily when we returned to Florence for a flight. I would love to return to Florence and stay again. Thank you for a lovely memory.

We liked the bigger room with plenty of space. We picked the one with the painting on the ceiling. This is the first place we stayed in Italy and we couldn’t have made a better choice. It made us feel as if we were part of Florence‘s past. The breakfast was wonderful and the cappuccino’s in the morning were exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly, even when we struggled with Italian words.
Honestly, we didn’t find anything objectionable at the property at all.

We had a great stay at Executive. We were checked in early and given a room with a terrace. The room was on the small side but very clean and quiet. Good size bathroom. It happened to be very cold at night in Florence and the staff kindly provided a heater. The hotel is 10 min from the train station and very close to Arno River, making a nice walk to all of the attractions. Good assortment for breakfast. The evening happy hour and little snacks were great. The staff is polite and very friendly. Special thanks to Riccardo, the hotel manager. I would highly recommend the Hotel Executive.

Everything was good. The room was comfortable.
The shower had hot water and great pressure.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety.

Everything: Location, staff, spotless rooms, breakfast.
Dogs should not be allowed to come into the breakfast lounge. It is uncomfortable and threatens hygiene and cleanliness.

Close walking distance to the train station. Very well maintained property, very friendly and professional attitude. Staff greeted us every time we left or returned to the hotel. Great breakfast!
Only issue is we had to walk thru a less desirable area to get to the hotel.

Elegant and clean room, great location, close to Santa Maria Novella Station, Duomo and other attractions. Helpful staff carrying luggage to the room upon check in and to taxi after checking out.
