Convenient location to train station. Very good breakfast. Attractive updated bathroom. Good mattress and bedding.

Location was excellent. Very central for getting around. Comfy beds, plenty of towels. Friendly staff.
Paper cups in the room. Would prefer China cup for drinking coffee or tea out of made it a bit awkward.

Very close to Ste Maria Novella station/airport tram system and all areas of historic centre within walking distance. Staff welcoming and friendly and a good breakfast range. Our room had an excellent large en suite.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative, the location is near to the city center.
The WC smells Bad , the noise isolation between the rooms was bad,Also the windows isnt isolating the outside street noise.

1- Staff was involve in illegal issues
2- They refused to take cash euro 500 saying that management dose allow us to accept to take euro 500, i want to raise this issue in Tax authorities as well
3- hotel Vedio also can check which this transaction
4- At checkout they said that our check out time is 11am where as it never happened to me ever any hotel asked for up charge

Great location, right by the train station and 20 minute walk from the city center. Staff was friendly, and vreakfast was good.
Lacking maintenance. Bathroom didn't have light aside from the window, so taking a late shower meant bathing in the dark. One of the flush buttons on the toilet was out of order, and the other barely worked - compained twice over three days, and it wasn't fixed. Shower door didn't close all the way, leaving a cm gap between the door and the frame.

This hotel was very comfortable, clean, lovely breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff.
Our room was to the front of the hotel which was noisy as the tram passed outside! This did not bother us too much as we were up early to see the sights of Florence! We also booked very late and got the last available room.

The room was decently nice, staff was nice, continental breakfast was good. Most attractions in Florence were a 15-20 min walk away so not bad if there is nice weather.
Conveniently by the train station but compared to the rest of Florence not the greatest area. Often we would be walking back to our hotel and smell urine. We would get woken up in the middle of the night by the sounds of the train station as well. Shower didnt have a curtain or proper enclosure in the bathroom so the floor often got wet. The room was in a separate building from the actual hotel which I wasnt aware of when I booked.

Location and good parking option. We had issue with AC in our room and staff was extremely helpful with finding resolution to a problem.
Room is a bit worn off especially bathroom - would expect more from 4 stars.
