Wifi was awful. It only worked if you stood right beside the door of the suite. The room was tiny.

Good location, very friendly staff, tiny rooms, minimal toiletries provided but we always bring our own shampoo and conditioner. Very clean white bedding and towels. Air conditioning helped a lot.

The location, it was spacious and quiet. The staff was friendly
We paid for breakfast when we did the booking via Booking.com, but we didn't get it as the hotel said they have not been giving breakfast for the last four years. They said it was a problem from the platform. Booking.com confirmed our booking with breakfast so I don't know at this stage who is accountable for this issue. If we had known there was not breakfast we wouldn't have booked the hotel.

The location was great, very close to the main train station and within walking distance of the main sights. We could easily walk everywhere, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well maintained, and everything was tidy when we arrived.
Overall, we had a pleasant two-night stay and the location was definitely one of the biggest advantages of the hotel.
The area around the hotel is not particularly attractive, but this is understandable given the central location. The furnishings and equipment in the room were a little dated. We were also quite surprised that every time we left the room or the hotel, we had to leave the key at the reception desk. This was a little unusual for us.

My sisters name is Eden so I thought hotel Eden was a cute name. That’s where the charm begins and ends.
There was absolutely no sense of hospitality or customer service. So many things went wrong and we were always getting blamed first until we could prove it wasn’t our fault. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke for a whole day and the power went out.
