The location was great, with the train station and so many attractions being just a 10 to 15 minute walk away.
The neighborhood had some sketchy people at night so suggested to keep in small groups.

Property was clean. Staff was super helpful. Located close to the train. Not in the best neighborhood so surrounding area was not great but once you got into the hotel it was nice. Great value for the money and had rooms for a family which is rare.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. We loved the helpful Albanian staff.

1. man at the reception is so RUDE, not accommodating to tired guests like us who travelled long hours from other country 2. no breakfast included 3. no mug, hot water, warm water at the room i am not happy with the amount of money i paid..

a convenient location, very close to the train station. it's so close to the train station, that I once booked a connecting train ticket, which has a connection at the Firenze SMN station for 45 minutes. In the morning I checked out but left my bags in the hotel, and went on to my trip; when coming back, I took the connecting train, use the connection time to go out of the station, pick up the bags, then go back to the station to continue my journey with plenty of time left. Staff is very friendly.

Great location, easy checkin, friendly staff and quiet
The beds were on the firm side of the scale and the blanket was thin. Also It felt strange to leave the room key at the front desk when we left the property BUT there was staff on site 24 his a day.
