Budget friendly, walking distance to main attractions and the central train station, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was big and clean. Facilities a bit old but that's not really important.

The location is great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Although the weather was cold and rainy, our room was quite warm.
Otel has bad cell reception but wifi works perfectly so it didnt bother us.

1. man at the reception is so RUDE, not accommodating to tired guests like us who travelled long hours from other country
2. no breakfast included
3. no mug, hot water, warm water at the room

The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. We loved the helpful Albanian staff.
There was no breakfast included.
