The renovated decor makes it spotlessly clean, cozy, and functional. The location is excellent, and it’s incredibly easy to get around. There was a coffee machine that can be used for free only in the morning.
I can't say the breakfast was very good; at least, I didn't enjoy it much. It consisted of a savory pastry, a croissant, juice, fruit, and tea or coffee. It might be okay for a quick bite if you don't have time to eat out. Unfortunately, it gets noisy at night—I think it was coming from the hotel above, but it was still manageable enough to get sleep.

Good location with friendly and helpful staff
The airconditioning is only turned on when it's summer, so it was turned off for me in April. The heating was also turned off because of the warm weather, which both of these are fine. Because of the hot weather outside the room will heat up but it will probably cool down during the night.
But there were 2 pipes next to my bed running from the bottom to the top, providig hot water to the upper floors. These pipes also gave off heat, and so essentially the room was heating up. So during the night I was forced to open up windows or the balcony door to have fresh air come in and cool the room a bit. (didnt help much) But with the balcony doors open all the car noises from the city came in, and also alot of mosquitoes. So I was sleeping in a warm room, with noise and constantly being bitten by mosquitoes. And the alternative was to shut all the doors and windows, but then sleep in a heated up hot room. On top of that the door of my hotel room had zero noise isolation, So I could hear everything on the hallway. I could even hear my neighbour watching some tv show, through his door and through mine. Which also made me question my own privacy.
So there was a lot of noise at night, Mosquitoes and a hot room with heating i could not turn off. I could sleep through it all, but it was definitely unpleasant and dissapointing.

Hospitable and accommodating staff. They made sure you are comfortable, safe and best informed on where to eat or where to go.
At that time that I was there, I think there were a bunch of students above my room who were very noisy most especially at past midnight. The next day, I reported this to the staff and it was immediately taken cared of. That night and the following, I heard no more noise above me.

Close to the center of the city, clean, spacious room. The staff helped us with everything.
The towels that we left on the floor because they were dirty were left hanging in the bathroom. Even one of them was put on the towel to clean your face with it. I saw that because I cleaned my face with it

We really liked our room. It was very clean and spacious enough. The hotel offers very good value for money. The location is excellent — it is close to the train station and also very well located for the city center. I would definitely stay at the same hotel again. The staff were also very helpful.

It's a great place to stay when visiting Rome. Most of Rome's tourist attractions are nearby. We only took a taxi once; otherwise, we walked everywhere, which I much prefer. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Natalia was also very helpful, both during our stay and when arranging our check-in. I would highly recommend this place if you're travelling to Rome, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome!

It's a great place to stay when visiting Rome. Most of Rome's tourist attractions are nearby. We only took a taxi once; otherwise, we walked everywhere, which I much prefer. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. Natalia was also very helpful, both during our stay and when arranging our check-in. I would highly recommend this place if you're travelling to Rome, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome!

It was amazing! We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was so comfortable, clean and pretty. There’s a coffee machine you can use in the morning and optional breakfast. There’s girls at the receptions were so friendly and nice. The hotel is very close to the Duomo and every other tourist attraction. Totally recommend!

I really liked the hotel, especially its location which is close to everything, and the cleanliness which was excellent.
However, the most important thing that made me think about coming back again and recommending this hotel to my friends is the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist Sanduni. She was truly exceptional, and her warm and friendly attitude made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable.
