Nice balcony. Good location. Staff great. Good facilities and shower and aircon! Don't get put off by the building entrance, you might feel unsure for a second. Hotel entrance is technically only on the second floor. Lift functioning.
Gets noisy during the morning, but only after 8am during breakfast.
Maybe some day a blind for the bathroom window to block light in the morning.
No deal breakers. Will definitely stay again or longer if I could!

Very good location, just 200 metres away from the train station. Easily accessible to all the important monuments of the city. The staff are very accommodative.
The hotel is in the 2nd floor of an old building. The entrance, the lifts are very old and little cumbersome. The paid breakfast is not very good.

Modern renovation, good location, and clean bed linen.
Terrible laundry service. I asked for laundry because I needed my clothes clean and dry by the next day. The staff said there was no electric dryer, only a 1200 rpm spin cycle, and warned me it might rain. I specifically suggested drying the clothes in my room on a drying rack, but I was told they had a place to dry them.
The next morning, my clothes were returned wet because they had been hung outside in the rain. The only explanation was: “I warned you it would rain.”
This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of common sense and care. If you use laundry service here, make sure to clearly say that your clothes must not be hung outside in the rain — apparently this is not obvious to the staff.

The renovated decor makes it spotlessly clean, cozy, and functional. The location is excellent, and it’s incredibly easy to get around. There was a coffee machine that can be used for free only in the morning.
I can't say the breakfast was very good; at least, I didn't enjoy it much. It consisted of a savory pastry, a croissant, juice, fruit, and tea or coffee. It might be okay for a quick bite if you don't have time to eat out. Unfortunately, it gets noisy at night—I think it was coming from the hotel above, but it was still manageable enough to get sleep.
