Hotel is 2nd floor of a very old building, that is very nicely decorated.
The shower didnt have good water pressure and it was broken. It worked anyway.

Very cozy comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. They were so nice to keep our luggage for one day
Location was amazing! Walking distance 15-20 min to the Duomo and art galleries

Very friendly staffs, especially the young lady that's attending to the guests during breakfast ! Great breakfast ! The front desk guy even let us checked in early after a long trip ! Thank you so much.
