The location is very close to most of the major sites. The view from the breakfast room is gorgeous. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was good, the lady in the kitchen was very nice, and when a taxi was needed the front desk responded immediately.
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the hotel's location is the best. You are just right there to take a stroll to go anywhere.
The bathroom shower needs to be safe for everybody. The floor is VERY slippery and it could be very dangerous to people, specially for older people. The construction people outside next to our room never respected the times to start or to finish the works day, they were pounding even at 2 am

Location, location, location. A short walk to "Everything" in Florence. Excellent staff. Early January the room was only slightly warm. The floors were very cold, and no heat
In the bathroom. Only major drawback was the glass shower was in the middle of the living room / bedroom, not in the usual bathroom with the toilet. But we'd book again in a heartbeat. So ....very highly recommended.

This hotel is just a couple hundred feet from the Ponte Vecchio. The location was fantastic for our trip - especially getting to the Uffizi, Boboli Gardens and that area. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Prices are reasonable.
We had a hard time sleeping from the noise coming up from the street below. There are people at all hours of the night and the morning routine of deliveries, street sweepers, etc all started very early. We could hear it all and the rooms are not well insulated. Because of this, I wouldn’t stay here again. The shower floor is the slipperiest thing I’ve ever tried to use and the shower is separate from the bathroom and right in the middle of the room. This was awkward - even for a married couple- haha! I’m glad we did not prepay for the breakfast as it was costly and after taking a look at it one morning, not very appealing. Finding a cappuccino and cornetto each morning was a much better option.

Room refrigerator was not working. We asked 4 times to recepcionists to fix it, but nothing was made. Bathroom shower was too bad, with few water and oscillating temperature. Room TV had no access to Netflix or other streaming services.

Great location, very clean. Nice room.
The beds are so, so hard and so are the pillows. Accessing the property by car is quite difficult since the location is on narrow and heavily traveled (foot traffic) streets.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had everything I needed — it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is convenient for visiting most attractions, and the staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and even allowed me to check in early on a rainy day, which I really appreciated.
- My room didn’t include breakfast. One morning I decided to try it and paid €18, but it was just average, so I wouldn’t really recommend it.
- The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main train station. It’s a reasonable walk in good weather, but carrying luggage can be a bit inconvenient since the streets are cobblestoned and often crowded with tourists.
