The staff was so helpful, arranging to have my car parked and returned each day I was in wine country. They also gave me a list of off-the-beaten-path restaurants that turned out to all be delicious. Breakfast was also delicious and in a beautiful room with painted ceilings. You can't beat the hotel's location, it's practically inside the Uffizi Museum. Walking to the major attractions was very easy.

Breakfast room is beautiful and the food was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was stellar! Location could not have been better.
My only recommendation is that the staff not adjust the temperature from the office. They controlled the thermostat at night and the temperature in the room was freezing one evening and extremely warm the next. We had to contact the front desk and ask to have our control turned on so that we could adjust the temperature ourselves.

The cleanness and the rooftop views were spectacular. Also the breakfast was great. I Loved all the choices of things to eat and the breakfast room was so beautiful. The chandeliers were amazing the staff was very friendly and helpful

Historic place; where they filmed the movie, “A Room with a View”. Its location is perfect; in the middle of the Florence City Center. The ambiance is golden; as was our room with a view of the Arno River.

Old historical building with wonderful space for the restaurant overloading the river. Location excellent. Breakfast was amazing with high-quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was high ceiling and the bed was very comfortable.
There was no gym. But this is a minor issue.

The location of this hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast was exceptional. The historic hotel is directly next to the Arno and very charming. If you’re planning on visiting the UFFIZI museum it’s literally a two minute walk away. Loved everything and hope to visit again!

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed at in the world. I won’t go to Florence and stay anywhere else. Every aspect is perfect in terms of the property itself , amenities and location. But what makes it truly special is the staff. They care for you like you’re family. I had a very early departure this morning (3:30 am). My husband contacted the hotel by email because I hadn’t responded to his text ensuring I had checked out. He emailed them right away, assured him all was well, had my travel breakfast bagged and ready to go, and all like it required no effort.
I gave stay here several times and ALWAYS have a spectacular stay.
While Florence is a magical place, the degli Orafi makes it even more special.
