Location is fantastic. Lovely breakfast room with great offerings. Rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. We had a huge living room with very nice bedroom.
Only issue (not unique to this hotel) was not being able to get change for larger currency bills, made tipping a little difficult.
The 2 elevator system took a moment

Did not except that the position was soo central to everything i wanted to see. The property has a beautiful lounge deck and nothing disappointed my expectations. Loved it
The only thing that it didn't have tea and coffee facilities but you did have to ask for them at no extra charge. Also goes for an iron

Excellent service, professional and kind. Beautiful building; I appreciated that also the single room was very nice, with view and a very comfortable bed. I also liked the nice areas with sofas where one can stay and read. And the fantastic view from the rooftop bar.

Everything about this property was amazing everything!!! it exceeded my expectations. I’ve been traveling for almost 6 months now staying at several places and this is hands-down. The best place I’ve stayed at definitely a five star hotel for me! The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were always clean and stocked for free the mini fridge. It’s nice and cold. Toiletries were amazing. Slippers are provided. The location is perfect. The bed was nice and comfortable as were the pillows. View was nice! There’s also an upstairs bar where it has a great view but definitely LA prices lol I went in for one drink but €60 later stumbled down to my room
Nothing loved everything would love to stay again!!!

A small comfortable hotel. We had a room on two levels, a sitting room with bed section upstairs. Maybe not ideal for everyone. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Great location by Ponte Vecchio, right by Uffizi and plenty of choice for restaurants and relate.

Located less than 100m from the Ponte Vecchio, next o the river and 50m from the Uffizi Gallery…this was a special treat for us and the upgraded to the suite was especially appreciated. The reception staff were very professional and friendly and helpful…appreciated.
The pricing of drinks was in the high side and the rooftop bar had a better view of the Duomo rather than the Ponte Vecchio, which seems to be the main photo in Booking.com…so a bit of false advertising. I was also upset that there were so many items on the menu that were not available…for a 4-star hotel, “not available” is a no-no!

Breakfast was AMAZING! We looked forward to it every morning we were there! The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was relatively comfortable, but the room was fantastic and very clean! I only wish our view hadn’t been of a wall blocking the waterfront.
Overall a very good experience!
Bed could’ve been more comfortable.
View was not as good as I thought it was going to be.
