Fantastic location. Great views of the river. Rooftop bar restaurant fantastic. Comfortable large room. Slept really well.

Perfect location and perfect breakfast too. Nice to be able to see across the river from my room.

Beautiful hotel, ideally situated between the Uffizzi and the Ponte Vecchio.
Very comfortable with attentive and helpful staff.
Fabulous breakfast served in the former ballroom with river view.

Location was fantastic. Close to every attraction.
Small rooms, a few rude interactions with staff. Lots of inconsistencies in house keeping and turn down service.

Everything was great - the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect next to Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio with beautiful view of Duomo from rooftop bar. Bar and breakfast were lovely. Rooms were beautiful!
