The location of this hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast was exceptional. The historic hotel is directly next to the Arno and very charming. If you’re planning on visiting the UFFIZI museum it’s literally a two minute walk away. Loved everything and hope to visit again!

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed at in the world. I won’t go to Florence and stay anywhere else. Every aspect is perfect in terms of the property itself , amenities and location. But what makes it truly special is the staff. They care for you like you’re family. I had a very early departure this morning (3:30 am). My husband contacted the hotel by email because I hadn’t responded to his text ensuring I had checked out. He emailed them right away, assured him all was well, had my travel breakfast bagged and ready to go, and all like it required no effort.
I gave stay here several times and ALWAYS have a spectacular stay.
While Florence is a magical place, the degli Orafi makes it even more special.

We experienced true Italian hospitality. Staff is quiet but very attentive at guests. Room is decently traditional. Breakfast is excellent, time allowance is appreciated. They serve until 11am for breakfast, and checkout time is 12pm.

The location is magnificent, is literally next to the Uffizi Gallery on the one side and Ponte Vecchio on the other. The breakfast room is so elegant and beaitifully decorated, the breakfast is delicious. The linen in bed is soft and of a good quality. The staff friendly and helpful. Overall, our stay was fantastic.

Hotel is located in the heart of Florence, closed to everything you need to see, good size clean room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great with good variety of food options, special compliment for coffee. The bar on 5th floor has a spectacular view and nice warm atmosphere, very friendly staff

Location is very good.
All areas like lobby, lift, rooms, etc were extremely clean and pristine condition.
Breakfast was exceptional. Except the coffee. It’s is not offered spontaneously and not quick served and may be very watery.
Very odd thermostat not available to adjust temperature and staff won’t show how it works upon arrival to the room.

The location of the property is great! The hotel is clean and has lovely views.
The bed is comparable to sleeping on a hard floor. The shower water spills into the floor regardless of how careful you are. Very messy and the risk of slipping on wet tile is very high.
