The location of the property is great! The hotel is clean and has lovely views.
The bed is comparable to sleeping on a hard floor. The shower water spills into the floor regardless of how careful you are. Very messy and the risk of slipping on wet tile is very high.

Clean, well located, friendly staff. The lovely breakfast was a nice start to each day! The rooms were very quiet for being in the middle of such a touristy area. A nice hotel in the heart of Florence.

Location is fantastic. Lovely breakfast room with great offerings. Rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. We had a huge living room with very nice bedroom.
Only issue (not unique to this hotel) was not being able to get change for larger currency bills, made tipping a little difficult.
The 2 elevator system took a moment

Everything about this property was amazing everything!!! it exceeded my expectations. I’ve been traveling for almost 6 months now staying at several places and this is hands-down. The best place I’ve stayed at definitely a five star hotel for me! The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were always clean and stocked for free the mini fridge. It’s nice and cold. Toiletries were amazing. Slippers are provided. The location is perfect. The bed was nice and comfortable as were the pillows. View was nice! There’s also an upstairs bar where it has a great view but definitely LA prices lol I went in for one drink but €60 later stumbled down to my room ?
All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. They scheduled my taxi when I took off. I could’ve called it through the Uber app, but it’s better if they do it locally it’s cheaper.
Because it’s summer and I obviously came during a busy season, it’s in a perfect location also because you could get up early and go walk around, capture everything before the crowds ruin it☺️
It’s not far from the train station I walked, but I had so much luggage I had to grab a taxi just FYI Florence is pretty small if you’re not traveling as heavy as I am, I don’t think you need a taxi

Breakfast was AMAZING! We looked forward to it every morning we were there! The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was relatively comfortable, but the room was fantastic and very clean! I only wish our view hadn’t been of a wall blocking the waterfront.
Overall a very good experience!
Bed could’ve been more comfortable.
View was not as good as I thought it was going to be.
