Superb location, very friendly and helpful staff, really comfortable bed, high quality bed, linen and towels. Tasty continental breakfast with daily changes and really fresh pastries, plush rooftop bar with outside terrace, many different gins and great coffee! Stunning breakfast room, a library and several lounges.
Very little! The quarter-circle shaped shower cubicle in the single rooms is a bit compact.

The staff were so lovely, fabulous breakfast and blissful rooftop bar, a great place to escape the city with an incredible view, cannot fault it
pretty noisy in the area at night, probably because the streets are so echoey in Florence, what you would expect in a medieval city I suppose.

Location is excellent just a minute walk from Ponte Vecchio and just minutes from great shopping and city attractions. Room was big with excellent finishes and clean. Breakfast is excellent and staff extremely friendly.

Old historical building with wonderful space for the restaurant overloading the river. Location excellent. Breakfast was amazing with high-quality. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was high ceiling and the bed was very comfortable.
There was no gym. But this is a minor issue.
