The room was large and has 2 parts, small lounge with TV & bedroom
Bathroom was also large however the shower box can be better
Access through car
Driving to location was a nightmare, accessing restricted areas, driving in very busy roads pushing people away.
Directions were bit challenging as it's in Italian and I was not able to insert in google maps
I don't recommend driving to location.
Taxis & Uber are extremely expensive

Big room, comfortable bathroom with shower, very nice and helpful people, very clean, top location just between gli Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio - small but very nice terrace on top of the building. The hotel indicated to us some very good restaurants we would not have found ourselves and was able to find a solution for reaching the airport despite the strike of the taxis the day we left.
Bed too hard - seems usual in Italy to have such, but not very comfortable for my back. The hotel may propose to customers like me an additional mattress ("surmatelas" in French).

We loved this hotel! It has an understated elegance and charm and is a perfect location from which to explore this amazing city. The Arno, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi is steps away and the view of the city and across the river from the 5th floor rooftop restaurant/ patio was breathtaking; a wonderful place to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. All the staff were engaging, helpful and professional. The rooms are small, but comfortable and the dining and seating areas are lovely. The breakfast was excellent; a great way to start the day.

The location is perfect! The front desk was extremely helpful and the rooftopbar is an excellent view point
The fruit at breakfast could have been a bit better. The kiwi was extremely tough and unripe.

Location is perfect. Staff great.
Nothing. We were just unfortunate that at time of visit scaffolding work being done at front of hotel which made it a little difficult for pick up and drop off - but it didnt detract from our stay

Excellent location, very comfortable room fabulous breakfast
Lovely roof top terrace was let down by staff service. Didnt like QR code menu. And we sat for ages before being asked for our order on more than one occasion!!! Almost to point of being ignored Once served all was good

The room was horrible, very small and the worst view of disgusting dirty rooftop and very noisy till 5 am you could hear people on streets on Friday And Saturday . They have better rooms but safe the worst for third party booking I think , and the best for people who book through them
