Wonderful hotel. Location is terrific, on the Arno maybe a few hundred feet from Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery. The room for breakfast is beautiful, with a high ceiling painted with frescoes. As a bonus, there is a rooftop bar/restaurant with views of the Arno and the Duomo that we patronized pretty much every day, including for dinner twice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with restaurant recommendations and reservations, calls for taxis, and anything else we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back if ever in Florence again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were great and very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and it was a great location. Quiet enough at night but within a few minutes to all the major tourist sites. I really loved the rooftop bar. Can't wait to visit again!

Overall the location was great as a central point. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice with multiple options.
The air conditioning did not work well at all. Make sure you keep your bathroom door shut, and to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat down.
The rooftop was very small, with a very limiting very. Pretty much only directly in front and behind you are the only directions you can see. I felt like the price I paid was too high for what I got.

Fantastic location . The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. They provided a nice breakfast when we had to leave early. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

This place is otherworldly. Service impeccable and so welcoming. Location is right next to Uffizzi. Rooftop bar was lovely. Breakfast was soooo nice. Do not hesitate to book here.

Staff and location were excellent. The room size was huge. We had an approved request for a king bed, we got a full size room but they moved us very quickly to the correct room. Pillows were great.m and they gave us some t-shirts as a welcome gift.
The refrigerator stayed hot and we had to through out food that did not stay cold. The breakfast could use some hot variety. The tv is very tiny and could Bailey be seen across the room.

Location, staff helpful, food, room was beautiful, bar and breakfast room beautiful.
Not enough signage in elevator- Dining, Lobby. Very confusing how to get to newer rooms. No signage. Was allergic to down bedding and maybe detergent used on bedding. Was there an alternative? I should have asked.
