Amazing location, right between the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. Staff were friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a suit for our 4 day stay.
The room was quite warm as it’s tradition to have central heating on in the winter months. And there was some building work ongoing in the street below our room.

Very central to everywhere in Florence city! The rooftop was my favorite part as you had both duomo view and sunset view, you can also hear music on the ponte vecchio at night!

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio. Loved the cosy roof terrace with amazing views. And the vaulted breakfast room complete with fresco and great breakfast

In a beautiful setting by the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. Very central to everything. Good restaurants near by. We loved the roof terrace bar. The room was spacious and everything very clean. Comfy bed. Plenty of hot water and air con. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great choice at breakfast in a fabulous breakfast room.

It was a good location for my first time in Italy. Next time we will stay in a less central location for a more peaceful stay.
The front desk staff were always very professional and helpful.
The carpets need to be replaced. The housekeeping staff was subpar. I had to request paper in the restroom and the tissue box was never replenished. The provided shower cap was removed and not replaced.

The rennovated rooms are beautiful and spacious.
The breakfast spread was excellent, fresh, with healthy options too. And in a beautiful room!
Location is amazing, walkable to all main areas.
Reception staff were always helpful.

Usual fare at breakfast which included pre-cooked scrambled eggs that were dry and barely warm and not fresh tasting.....I wanted boiled eggs which had to be specially prepared; I was also told there might be a surcharge, even though I was already paying a very substantial price for the breakfast.
