The check in was exceptional! We arrived early and our room was available. Our room appeared to be a renovated room and was stunning. It was the most spacious room we had ever during our entire trip. We love the roof top bar area with beautiful views. We also loved the breakfast. It was absolutely the best breakfast offered by any hotel during our stay in Italy and the service was wonderful. I am hoping to return to this hotel next year. The location cannot be beat!

Perfect location for exploring Florence. Great dinning room for breakfast and roof top bar overlooks the dome, so fabulous view..

Perfect location for exploring, staff could not have been more welcoming/helpful.
Breakfast huge choice & very attentive staff.
Room clean & comfortable, view across river to Ponte Veccio
Plus gorgeous rooftop terrace with views of Duomo
