- large and nicely designed room with 4 confy beds's (family room)

- I've would give it a 8.5 rating if I could
very basic breakfast (I love italian expresso, but at breakfast it was available only filter coffee which was not great)

Comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. A 15 minute walk into the city centre well located for San Marco and Accademia. Tram from and to airport stops almost directly outside hotel.
