Highly positive experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the facilities were clean and kept up. The room was nice and features a nice patio with a view of the Duomo. Breakfast was delicious every morning. A quick walk to all the highlights and in a safe location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Good beds, clean room, very friendly staff, decent breakfast.
Strong smell in the rooms from the sewer. Parking option not great (separate garage, no 24h access, car needs to be moved for you), no restaurant (breakfast room closed during the day), just a bar, no food option, no Spa/fitness option. Disappointing for a 4 star hotel.

Veeey big room, the bed was one of the most confortable i ever slep in a hotel, the breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

Service from hotel, location and food were very good.
The room temperature was cold…and couldn’t change temperature. There was air conditioner but maybe capacity if heating was not enough for that room size.
