Breakfast is beyond expectation. The gentleman worked in the restaurant for breakfast was nice and asked every guests what they would like to drink. I think breakfast makes the best experience during the stay.

The room was spacious and well lit up. The breakfast area was very cozy and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Didn't get time to try full breakfast (only had coffee), but they were always welcoming even before the breakfast time. The place also has friendly staff. They also let us check-in early and had the room ready at our special request since we arrived before 12pm.
The shower area has no separation or curtain to avoid the water spillage. Also, the staff put the towels on the bidet which is not a very hygienic way of cleaning up the room. It was very very difficult to reach the place from the train station due to some construction work going on almost everywhere in the city. Also, the place seemed slightly expensive.

Classic Tuscany. Very clean. Staff very accommodating
Not close enough to main attractions- ie Duomo and restaurants. Hotel is in more of a residential area. About a 14 min walk to busier part of city

The hotel was really excellent. From check in the check out it was superb. From the very pleasant young guy on reception, to the really clean rooms with excellent air conditioning and the fantastic breakfast I can't fault this hotel. It was for a trip with my twin brother and 75 year old father and it made it a great occasion for him and we all had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone taking a trip to Florence.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options. The location is in a quieter area but walking to shops and food is easy. The front desk was helpful by like filling up our water bottles with ice and calling us a taxi.
