Hotel David is charming, clean, and comfortable. The evening wine and delightful breakfast were so nice. They even offered gluten free pastries that were delicious with jam! I can’t say enough about how kind and efficient the breakfast server was.

The staff could not have been more helpful and nice. They have a great happy hour each evening. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location is just outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) so we could drive and park our rental car at the property. The walk into central Florence took about 20 minutes.
We are avid hikers so the walk into the central part of the city was nothing for us, but might be for some.
