A very good hotel if you have a car but a 10 Euro cab ride to the center of town and a long way from the train station. Restaurants near the station are cheaper.

They have managed to create a quiet oasis hat I still close to points of interest in the city. There are thoughtful touches in all of the furnishings. The staff are kind and helpful. The he scores is whimsical with convenient nods to sustainability.

Long walk from the downtown area, but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Far from the better restaurants

Hotel David is a charming place to stay in Florence. The staff is very friendly, there is happy hour, & a lovely breakfast included. There are many small touches to make you feel at home.

Hotel with authentic old world charm. Lovely garden with free happy hour that included wine and snacks. Nice place to come back to and regroup after a day of touring. Beautiful breakfast terrace and warm and welcoming staff. Close to Piazzalle Michelangelo.
About a 20 minute walk to the center of Florence but all the amenities made up for the distance. We both walked and took taxis.

We absolutely loved this place! We loved being right outside the very busy city center. It was a very short bus ride to see the Statue of David etc. Its probably a 20 minute walk if you choose. Breakfast was great. We were able to get a private parking spot at the hotel as well so that was wonderful. No complaints! Would stay again.

The hotel and staff were amazing. We really enjoyed our visit. The breakfast was outstanding. And we really enjoyed the happy hour! Very peaceful.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Loved the gardens and outdoor dining area. Wish we had been able to be around for a happy hour but time was too short. Next time!

Really good reception, very helpful with free private parking. the staff called the taxi for my city tour. Unforgettable with the free happy hour buffet in the evening. perfect with every aspect I stayed.
