Great hotel within walking distance from both train station and sights. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Near to bars, restaurants and takeaways. Good self service continental breakfast available. Recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Such easy access to the hotel from the main train station, 3 min walk down the road. The room is well proportioned with fantastic shower room. We didn't stay for breakfast but the area looked nice enough - Easy walk into the main squares and if you are with children, the Carousel in the square is a must visit.
The fridge in the room was hot, rather than cold which wasn't a great use...

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything worked well, the facilities were good and clean, and the staff were always polite and welcoming.
I would like to give a special thanks to Antonio at the reception, who was extremely helpful and kind. He supported us during a difficult moment caused by unexpected issues in our trip, and his assistance made a real difference for us.
Thank you very much for the hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.

Ideally located - close to the station, to the restaurants; shops and bars.
15mn away by foot from the Duomo
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Not easy to find the hotel when you come by car.
Not well indicated. And the entrance porch is very narrow. Hopefully; the receptionnist help us to get in without damaging our car.

The localization is Beyond perfect. A few steps from main station, close to the Duomo and all the beautiful Piazzas. Also the stuff was super nice and helpful.
