Absolutely wonderful choice to stay here. Loved our location, very vibrant safe entrance, great lobby with staff and the check-in was very easy, and they parked our car for us at a local lot. Great ambiance inside the building, bar in the lobby for a drink, included breakfast sit down buffet style was phenomenal- maybe best of our trip! Everything you could want to start your day great. Elevator up to room and great spacious room. We had split level with 2 bathrooms with which was great for our family. Such a great place to leave and come back to after a day exploring Florence! The breakfast was just so wonderful!
Really great, nothing to dislike. We did hope to do the laundry on our stay, as they offer a service from local company, but the prices were too high - per item, rather than the bag. Wish it was a bit more affordable as it was a great perk for being there 2 nights to do laundry.

It’s a beautiful and peaceful place. It was a wonderful experience. Everything was very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend it 100%.

The property provided an excellent breakfast. The best we’ve had in Italy. The staff was very helpful and I mean beyond the call of duty. The room was very large and we felt very comfortable for three nights that we just spent during a very hot weather season I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Florence.

The queen bed was 2 singles pushed together which seemed to make the bed uneven and a bit uncomfortable. That's all though, otherwise good place.

The property itself was beautiful and well appointed. The staff was great in all areas but we did have one problem that was unacceptable
Apparently, someone prior to our stay made an iron burn on a credenza. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT CREATED BY US; however, they spotted a small travel iron in our luggage and apparently decided to blame us for a mark that they must have missed previously. The cost was 400 Euro. They insisted that the mark was not there prior to our arrival. Of course we refused to pay and the management literally called us liars. If we would have done this, WE WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY ADMITTED IT. This was the only incident that we incurred in our rental of two European villas and one hotel during our three week stay in Italy. Sad ending.
