Location was fantastic so central and yet so quiet, the hotel is within an easy walk of all the main attractions Florence has to offer. Breakfast was fantastic
Not a big issue but was a bit strange that room was accessed from the outside fire escape area

Beautiful smallish hotel across from Basilica San Lorenzo. The staff members are friendly and professional. The hotel which includes a lovely and very comfortable bar area, is very, very nice. The bartender, Jose, was just great and taught me how to make an excellent Hugo Spritz. Our room was large, comfortable and beautiful with a stunning view of the basilica.
