Location was super great! Close to the central market and all the busy areas.
The bed was really uncomfortable. We were expecting a double bed yet it was 2 single beds combined

Minor problem with ac still making noise at night even when off but didn’t get round to telling them so can’t grade them down on that. Room 305.

Great location - right in the heart of the best area. Room was comfortable & spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely friendly, particularly the young lady on reception & in the breakfast area. Breakfast itself was very good.
On a personal level I found the room a bit too warm & no a/c to cool it.

Property was in the perfect location to all the sites and the train station.
Room for super comfortable and a good size.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Air con could have went to a cooler temperature, but this was just minor, didn’t take away from the overall experience

Great location and very spacious for the price. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4am, the receptionist was very helpful in arranging our ride. There is also a bar at the hotel which is nice if you don’t want to go far. Plenty of restaurants around and beautiful churches

Definitely the best choice for Firenze trip. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three grownups. The bathroom was full of useful amenities and well equipped. I enjoyed the breakfast, where I can find nutritious and tasteful foods. Most of all, the staffs were always kind and pleasant for the whole time of our stay. Also the location had a beautiful view of Duomo while it was convenient for us to find the central market and great eatery places. Just five minutes to get to the main tourist area and only 10 minutes to get to the train station on foot!
The elevator system was a bit too confusing, but worked okay.

The location is very good, just opposite to Medicci Chapel. Walking distance from the Firenze SMN train station. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Good breakfast. The Market Central is very close, ideal for dinner options.
We stayed in Junior Suite Room. The room was not ideal for us. We should have selected a bigger room. We chose the room from the photos, which were misleading.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Florence. Easy ride from the airport on the tram gets you an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. It’s perfectly placed, 5 minutes from the Duomo, easy walking distance to Uffizi,
Galeria Academia, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and every possible bit of food and shopping you might need. The staff is wonderfully friendly, the breakfast buffet extremely well supplied and well worth the cost. Rooms comfortable and adequate. Wonderful stay.
Seals on the shower base let a lot of water leak into bathroom.
