The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. We appreciated the luggage depository, so we could spend more time in the city. We loved everything about the room especially the updated furniture.
Including breakfast in the price would have been nice.

Room was clean and comfortable, modern looking as well.
But the best part is the staff. they are all fantastic. Each on we spoke to were friendly and helpful
Location is perfect, within walking distance of all the site and restaurants
We had a room on the street side and it was noisy outside at night.
This may have been because it was Dec 30th and folks are on holiday and celebrating a bit more than normal, not sure but I would request a room not on the street if I were to stay there again

Great helpful and friendly staff, great location walking distance from all main places including train station. Cousy front desk, awesome bar area. And the 10-star updated rooms with top quality amenities and lighting. I was amazed. I would totally stay here again if I ever come back to Florence, Italy.
The bar closes at 10pm so thats a bummer, on my second night there was a staff member (older semi-bold short italian with glasses) that did not want to serve me from bar even that it was prior to 10pm. Unacceptable attitude. I wanted to report him but it was not worth my time. With this review I hope the manager does something about it.

Wifi reception in our room (facing cathedral) was very poor.

-The location is great in the center of Florance
-It is only 9 minutes walk from the train station
-The room was specious (The Suite)
-The staff & check-in process was smooth
-Mini bar was free
-The air-conditioning is turned-off, it gets hot sometimes and if you opened the window it might get a bit noisy.
-Check-out time is at 11:00am (make your plan accordingly or ask for late check-out if possible).

Loved the breakfast! The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were sparkle clean. Very quiet.
Minor thing-the room had a coffee maker however just powered creamer. The coffee downstairs wasn’t ready until 7:30.
