Room was clean and comfortable, modern looking as well.
But the best part is the staff. they are all fantastic. Each on we spoke to were friendly and helpful
Location is perfect, within walking distance of all the site and restaurants
We had a room on the street side and it was noisy outside at night.
This may have been because it was Dec 30th and folks are on holiday and celebrating a bit more than normal, not sure but I would request a room not on the street if I were to stay there again

The room was well soundproofed, ensuring a comfortable and quiet stay. The location is ideal, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. In addition, the staff were very kind and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant.

Very convenient and very close to a lot of things. Kitchen stafff are very polite and accomodating, the 2 head chefs were very friendly and the food was good especially the coffee.

The location is perfect. Central and easy to walk anywhere. Lots of food and shopping nearby. The room is clean.
The room is too small. Ours is a family room with lower and upper floor, and the shower room on the first level is too small I had to go upstairs to use it. The breakfast is not good - the one and only place in Italy that my kids complained about food. Staff is helpful but not the level of friendliness and service we received at other cities and places in Italy.

All the staff were superb friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas.
The breakfast was excellent.
The location is ideal as it is a short walk from the train station and nice and central for exploring the city.
Shouldn't need to ask for them to activate the heating/aircon in your room. We spent ages trying to get it to work and eventually gave up and had to ask for help, to find out it needed activating from reception.
Would be good to have a cover over the aircon controls as it lights up the room all night and you can't even hang something over it as it's flush to the wall.

We loved this hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful. Our twin room was a perfect size with a sofa and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and had a huge shower. Breakfast was in a large room on the ground floor, plenty of choices and the staff were very helpful & friendly. There is a bar. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the station. Walking to the Uffizi, Galeria dell'Academia, Ponte Vecchio was so easy. The hotel is close to the Mercato Centrale the food market, look upstairs for so many choices to eat and a glass of nice wine. We had a room overlooking the Basilica San Lorenzo, the little road in front was really quiet. Of course the Duomo is just magnificent & free to enter. A lot can be packed into 3 days. Perfect stay.
