Beautiful, spacious room right off the plaza. The shower was insanely fancy and luxurious.
We couldn’t figure out how to work the AC but that may have been used error. Luckily, it was cool at night so we could leave the windows open. It would also be nice if they had the streaming apps (Netflix, prime) that we could connect to on the TV.

Breakfast and location were both great!
No A/C in Florence allowed before April. So we had to open the window at night for air flow and the streets outside are incredibly loud.

The location is the reason you come to Solo Experience. The quality of the hotel is why you stay.
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and the accommodation was mostly as we expected. We would return if we go back to Florence.
The room was too hot for our liking and because it was not summer the A/C was not active. The actual control on the wall in our room was turned off by Hotel Management. We kept our interior court window open pretty much the whole time.

Great location and very spacious for the price. We needed a taxi to the airport at 4am, the receptionist was very helpful in arranging our ride. There is also a bar at the hotel which is nice if you don’t want to go far. Plenty of restaurants around and beautiful churches

Definitely the best choice for Firenze trip. The room was spacious enough to accommodate three grownups. The bathroom was full of useful amenities and well equipped. I enjoyed the breakfast, where I can find nutritious and tasteful foods. Most of all, the staffs were always kind and pleasant for the whole time of our stay. Also the location had a beautiful view of Duomo while it was convenient for us to find the central market and great eatery places. Just five minutes to get to the main tourist area and only 10 minutes to get to the train station on foot!
The elevator system was a bit too confusing, but worked okay.

Solo experience hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of hospitality & amenities. The room was clean & stylish, hardly 200 mt. to the Duomo. Perfect location for tourists. The streets were lively with lots to shop, in proximity to amazing restaurants & grocery stores yet so peaceful. The staff is polite & helpful. We loved our stay in Florence and will highly recommend it. Thanks!

The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind. We appreciated the luggage depository, so we could spend more time in the city. We loved everything about the room especially the updated furniture.
