Location, location, location! Staff was so polite and friendly. Decent breakfast, comfortable beds. All the amenities you need. Literally 3 mins to Mercato Centrale, 8 mins to Duomo, 13 mins to Uffizi. Tons of restaurants nearby and grocery around the corner.
Room was a little compact but bed was large and shower was strong.

The location was perfect! So close to all Florence attractions and right in the heart of some of the best restaurants and food scenes in the city. They also had an elevator for our bags and air conditioning, which was a bonus!

We were treated very well. The staff was acomodating, very friendly and eager to please. Breakfast was really great.
We would have preferred having a regular elevator. I'm 70 and my wife is 67. Altkough we are very strong going up and down the stairs takes it's toll after a while.

The location was great. But at the same time was quiet enough to sleep at night.
The inclusion of free coffee and breakfast was great! As well as the friendly and helpful staff. They were great about arranging transportation to airport and train station.

The location is perfect. The staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned daily. It's a quirky hotel, and I loved the staircase, and it's connection with Pinocchio. The little cakes for breakfast were delicious.
The size of the breakfast room. It was very small and cramped at times. Even though I loved the cakes, and the coffee was perfect, the rest of the food was just adequate. I was disappointed with the bread still in its wrapping from the supermarket. There was a tray with meat and cheese, but nothing to go with it, like tomatoes or cucumber. There was another empty tray with a lid, so I'm assuming there would have been something else to go there. The only other let down was the hairdryer. There's no way you can style your hair. The nozzle gets red hot and hard to handle. It just blasts air like a hand dryer.
