A very comfortable hotel near the Duomo, shops and restaurants.
We had to change rooms as in the first room, the A/C didn’t work.
Our next room was lovely, and much larger, but rather dark because it overlooked the stairwell.

Almost everything. Excellent staff, charming, polite and helpful. Very, very clean, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Very quiet despite its Very central location.
The shower was a bit weak. No English channels on the TV.

Location to everything we needed! 2 minute walk to the Cathedral, 4 minute walk to the train station. We had so much fun!
The breaker in our room tripped twice but no issue getting someone's help with it!
