The location was a very short walk from the Santa Maria Novella and so many other sites, restaurants, shopping and the train station. Our room was quiet and dark making for great sleeping conditions. The breakfast was very good and the service was exemplary.
The water for the shower was lukewarm at best. The selection of english speaking television stations was extremely limited, which is not a big deal since we were not in the room much, but it is nice to relax before going to bed by watching TV.

The location was great and the room size was very big.
The breakfast buffet was not very good. The front desk staff was very friendly, but not housekeeping. There were a lot of small things that added up, like our power went out twice and there were some dirty towels provided.

An excellent stay in the very heart of Florence. The location is outstanding, just steps from the Duomo and within easy walking distance of all major attractions, shopping, and restaurants.
The room was elegant, quiet, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens. The atmosphere of the hotel blends historic charm with modern comfort perfectly.
Staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with courtesy and efficiency. Breakfast was varied and of very good quality, served in a pleasant and refined setting.
Overall, a flawless experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Cerretani and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

The hotel has a great lobby and great, modern rooms. The hotel is also in a great location to the Duomo and the train station.

The location of the hotel is amazing. 7 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes away from the center. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Florence again. The breakfast is also complete. Rooms comfortable and very nice amenities.
Although there was an issue upon our arrival, they couldn't find our already prepaid reservation, which would have been a problem if there was no room, they served us well in the end. The staff is kind and available to serve.

Could not have asked for a better location easy to get to all the tourist sites. The room was big enough and clean.
We asked to have the room cleaned when we were leaving for the day and they told us that the cleaning staff had already left for the day at 2 PM.
