Lobby has a bad smell. Lifts are very very small and slow

So central, right by the Duomo & nothing was more than a 15 min walk away. The train station was only a 10min walk.

The location of the hotel is amazing. 7 minutes from the train station. 2 minutes away from the center. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Florence again. The breakfast is also complete. Rooms comfortable and very nice amenities.
Although there was an issue upon our arrival, they couldn't find our already prepaid reservation, which would have been a problem if there was no room, they served us well in the end. The staff is kind and available to serve.
