Location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There were a lot of amenities that helped us, like iron.
There was no queen bed. It was two single beds togheter. The tv was not on the center of the bed, so it was very uncomfortable to watch. Besides, Netflix and other streaming were not available. There was no pressure on the shower.
I was expecting more considering the price paid for the room.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Florence Duomo. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and with many amenities.
The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to make sure every detail was perfect.
Great breakfast.
Definitely recommended, and I hope to come back one day.
Nothing negative, just a tip: Make sure to tell the hotel if you are coming by car because it is in a restricted zone. They provide car services, and they take care of the paperwork.
