Wonderful
The location was a very short walk from the Santa Maria Novella and so many other sites, restaurants, shopping and the train station. Our room was quiet and dark making for great sleeping conditions. The breakfast was very good and the service was exemplary.
The water for the shower was lukewarm at best. The selection of english speaking television stations was extremely limited, which is not a big deal since we were not in the room much, but it is nice to relax before going to bed by watching TV.

Location was great. Staff were welcoming.
- sewage smell in the reception and ground floor during the whole stay
- Lifts very slow and one is not working. The lift was shaking and making an unnerving sound when we used it. We reported it to reception but the staff was dismissive and said “yes the lift is slow”. Slow was not the issue.
- Do not shut the bathroom or inner door to the bedroom. A family member got locked in her room and we had to call reception to open the main door to open the internal door
- Shower pressure from overhead shower was so poor I could only use the handheld shower head
- hotel overall a little shabby for the price tag. Carpets looked worn and flooring in the room was uneven

Where do I start very little staff especially in the front desk I got stuck in the bathroom Spoke to the front desk but did not send someone to fix the problem The front door had to be slam hard to close Only one outlet worked to charge my gadgets Breakfast included had no working coffee machine or good options The hotel is very understaffed The front entrance was not working properly and no one to help guests get in or out In 2022 it was 10 I barely a 3 I now I will not stay here again

❌ Very disappointing experience at this hotel!
• The elevators are tiny (barely for one person) and extremely slow.
• The rooms were dirty; even the bed sheets and pillow covers had not been changed.
• The room view was towards the back ruins of the hotel and very noisy.
• No staff were available at check-in to help with luggage.
• The iron was so old it actually damaged my clothes.
• The bathroom was completely dirty.
• At the end, they even hand you a piece of paper asking you to give them a good rating!
⚠️ Definitely not worth the rating or the price.

The hotel felt more like a traditional American hotel room than a European one aside from the small elevators. Location is excellent - only a short 15 min walk from Firenze SMN station, on a main street and very safe. The junior suite was large, extremely clean and offered a King bed. The breakfast was incredible - lots of variety to fuel a long day.
The hotel is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. This is easily one of my favorite hotels in all of my European travels. Also, this is picky, but the elevators are very small, but that's typical for Europe.

The location was perfect - within walking to all the main attractions
Breakfast buffet had lots of variety with eggs made to order
Room was comfy (Jr King Suite)
Overall felt like a nice B hotel - for two nights it was fine
Check in was a bit of a cluster but all worked out in the end
Housekeeping was ok but did not refill hand soap or Kleenex in room
A bit expensive for the overall quality

The hotel and rooms are great, the cleaning staff need a bit more training, it was clean, but they take away used towels and water bottles and they don't replace it, I needed to call couple of times about that. Other than that, the staff and hotel was great and the location is excellent. I'll be going back there

Had an amazing stay with this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and I loved the bathroom as well. Bed was perfect and the location is superb. Also big huge thanks to the staff for being helpful and rescheduling my stay to another date. Bravo!
