The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.
We would have liked to have a room ready but we did arrive before check in. Storing bags in lobby was super easy.

convenient location, between train and Duomo and museums. Room was on the small side, but very clean and quiet.
2 out of the 3 front desk people were great, The hospitality profession was definitely the wrong one for the last. Rooftop was not open for use. The sidewalks are very narrow, making rolling your luggage a real challenge with other pedestrian traffic.. We would stay again.

Everything was amazing! Great staff, location (near all the attractions), delicious breakfast. The room was very clean and the bed had very comfortable mattress and pillows (one softer pillow and one harder). I would definitely come back.

The location was very good for our needs close to the Station and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. Good choice at breakfast.
Unfortunately during our stay the hotel was having its outside terrace refurbished. It would have been nice to use it.

Right in the heart of the historic centre of Florence. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Bathroom was the worst design you can possibly imagine. WC pushed tightly against a wall, towel rack almost inaccessible, shower door can't open fully as it collides with bidet. Strong odours at times.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and decent! The location is just a few minutes' walk to the main train station. Would definitely stay again.
