Staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Room was lovely. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious. Lovely small bar for drinks and light meals. Perfect location in the center of the historic area - could walk to most sights. Best hotel I could have chosen - especially traveling alone.

The Hotel Brunelleschi is drop-dead gorgeous, from the entrance to your own bathroom. Everything is tastefully done and relaxing. Nothing is over the top. It's quiet and friendly and exudes a sense of history like few places where I've stayed (part of the hotel is a 7th or 8th century tower). The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better--about a block and a half from the Duomo and a very easy walk to the Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizzi, the Ponte Vecchio, and the church of Santa Maria Novella. I loved staying there and would go back in a minute for as long as I could.

The location of property and the cleanliness.
The bar staff and the young lady who checked us in upon arrival were extremely friendly and hospitable. The remaining front desk staff weren’t friendly and especially the older lady who works the desk. Room was nice but the pillows were hard and very flat, made it very uncomfortable to be rested.

Located in a great area, the hotel impressed us with its beautiful bed linen, thoughtful afternoon water and chocolate delivery, elegant breakfast service with refined crockery, and the consistently professional staff. We very much look forward to returning in the future.
