Excellent location. Close to the railway station, even closer to the bus station, and at easy walking distance to many sights and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Fairly small and rather plain room. For the price I paid I expect something better.

Everything was perfect. I had to drop off a rental car as I checked in. Ronny at the front desk was efficient and most of all kind. His help made the end to a stressful day that much better. What more can a weary traveler ask for? Thanks again.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was sparse but clean.
The night time street noise was horrific. We were up every night until 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. or later because of the motorcycles, auto horns beeping and loud people outside our room on the street. The only night we slept was Sunday, which was quiet but unfortunately our last night in Florence. As a consequence, we were exhausted the whole time and ruined our trip in Florence. I f you are going to stay here, request an inside room or find another hotel

1 block from train station, easy walk with bags. Breakfast included was a plus, excellent coffee!
The room was not as expected but that may be my misunderstanding. Sliding door to the bathroom got stuck closed several times.

The staff was só helpful not only giving us a map, but drawing a tour on it. Moreover, even though I speak English and Italian the staff offered to speak in Spanish if I preferred a language more similar to Portuguese, my mother language, always worrying about my stay.
