Our stay was absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered many options. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

the staff is exceptional - helpful, polite, go out on a limb.
location is amazing.
breakfast was delicious.
our room was a bit deep in so that many staircases had to be climbed. but the room itself was gorgeous and roomy.

It’s a gorgeous hotel, only a little bit dated.
The location of this hotel was fantastic - within walking distance to all the museums.
Room service food was great, as well as breakfast. Staff were very friendly and polite, they even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne!
