Everything was fantastic. Possibly the most helpful staff of anywhere I ever traveled. We arrived early and they checked us right in.
The only complaint is they need a shelf in the shower so you don't have to put things like shampoo, soap, razor on the shower floor.

The front staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially the tall beautiful Cuban young lady at the front desk.
I had to cancel a night stay and they refund my money which was really nice.
There's not to dislike about this hotel.

Clean, nice location, receptionist Edwardo was the best of all. He was a very friendly, polite, helpful. If I go back to Florence will go there .

Very clean and modern hotel interior, our room was very nice with good quality furnishings, linen and towels. During our stay the room was warm at night, and the A/C was seasonal, however the staff brought a fan to the room. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful to our requests. The breakfast was very good with an excellent selection of options. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Good location 10 mn from the duomo
Excellent breakfast with wide variety of food and what was special is that they prepared everyday something new freshly cooked

The hotel is new or renovated, the room was large and spacious and well equipped.
Very helpful and nice staff.
Great selection of breakfast.
The way to the hotel is narrow and crowded - the good thing is that it's only 5 min.
The street itself didn't feel very safe, but it is only few minutes to the center.
