The hotel was beautiful. The location was near many important sites. Our view of the river was amazing. The room was spacious and kept neat and clean, with turn down service. The breakfast was very nice and all the staff were friendly. The concierge was very helpful at directing us to great restaurants. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a river view room with a balcony which was wonderful. We are celebrating our honeymoon and there was a nice bottle of prosecco waiting. Would for sure come again. Valeting the car was quick, easy and a must do with Florence

Wonderful stay at the hotel, coming back for the second year in a row and this time we also brought our friends with us. Amazing location, great service all along, clean rooms and tasteful design. Very good breakfast as well. Loved everything and would recommend!
Just a “nice to have” rather than a criticism: it would be great to have a space/shelf in the bathroom to store all the bathroom items/makeup etc, and it would also be great if the bar was open during the daytime for coffee/tea etc. Just a thought! :)

maybe it was just our room's issue but we were just above the bar that had a loud music until 1AM (on Saturday even later) and we couldn't sleep. Then some drunk people under the windows were chatting loudly after the bar closed.

quality of everything, care for details to make the stay excellent. location 5m from ponte vecchio and signoria, 20-25m from the station walk or bus23@1.7eur/fare. good breakfast accompanied by soft bluesjazz music. large room view at the river, crystal clean, large bathroom.
