Very Good
Great location, pleasant room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed but best of all is the view of the Arno and the hills above the river to the south.
Everything was fine but beware parking is charged at €50 per day. The hotel suffers from a faint smell of sewage which they need to address - particularly in the main reception. Otherwise as usual a pleasant and convenient stay.

The room was beautiful and a good size; overall service was excellent.
Our stay was excellent and although the location was slightly less centrally located, access to the city center on foot was easy (10-15 min walk), and we appreciated that the location was quiet and uncrowded for resting after a long day of sightseeing.
The room could use more storage space for luggage and closet space for clothing, as well as space in the bathroom for toiletries and to hang wet towels, but the room overall was lovely, modern, and comfortable with great views of the river and Ponte Vecchio.

Some of the bathrooms have a large tub with a high side which is very difficult to get in and out of especially since there are no safety bars to hold onto. And you need to enter the tub to take a shower.
