The hotel is right along a bus stop - so it was easy to arrive from the train station. We were early and the staff was happy to hold our bags until our room was ready. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the Arno river and it was very romantic! This location was perfectly situated between all the sites we wanted to explore. Breakfast was excellent!

We had a river view room with a balcony which was wonderful. We are celebrating our honeymoon and there was a nice bottle of prosecco waiting. Would for sure come again. Valeting the car was quick, easy and a must do with Florence

The rooms facing the river provide outstanding views.
Some of the rooms have high-sided tubs you have to stretch to get into to take a shower. There are no safety bars to help you.

Great location, pleasant room with modern bathroom and comfortable bed but best of all is the view of the Arno and the hills above the river to the south.
Everything was fine but beware parking is charged at €50 per day. The hotel suffers from a faint smell of sewage which they need to address - particularly in the main reception. Otherwise as usual a pleasant and convenient stay.

Our stay was excellent and although the location was slightly less centrally located, access to the city center on foot was easy (10-15 min walk), and we appreciated that the location was quiet and uncrowded for resting after a long day of sightseeing.
The room could use more storage space for luggage and closet space for clothing, as well as space in the bathroom for toiletries and to hang wet towels, but the room overall was lovely, modern, and comfortable with great views of the river and Ponte Vecchio.
