Wonderful
Wonderful stay at the hotel, coming back for the second year in a row and this time we also brought our friends with us. Amazing location, great service all along, clean rooms and tasteful design. Very good breakfast as well. Loved everything and would recommend!
Just a “nice to have” rather than a criticism: it would be great to have a space/shelf in the bathroom to store all the bathroom items/makeup etc, and it would also be great if the bar was open during the daytime for coffee/tea etc. Just a thought! :)

maybe it was just our room's issue but we were just above the bar that had a loud music until 1AM (on Saturday even later) and we couldn't sleep. Then some drunk people under the windows were chatting loudly after the bar closed.

quality of everything, care for details to make the stay excellent. location 5m from ponte vecchio and signoria, 20-25m from the station walk or bus23@1.7eur/fare. good breakfast accompanied by soft bluesjazz music. large room view at the river, crystal clean, large bathroom.

Gloomy old, needs more lights, the smell inside rooms was awful (maybe the whole area around the bridge since it’s ancient), they tried to spray air refresher but still. The city tax was deducted from me upon arrival (most hotels I deal with they collect the tax when I check out). And I left the hotel 2 nights earlier for an emergency back in Rome, they haven’t returned my money for the city tax per two nights while they have promised in booking chat that they will email me the details of the refund as the stay’s is not refundable, only the city tax which I don’t understand why they deducted early upon arrival from the beginning?

Location excellent. Reception staff very good. Room had excellent view but rather small. Cleaning fine. Breakfast OK. Peaceful atomosphare.
The lighting system generally and the wardrobe area specifically, as well as the air conditioning, caused some problems. The kettke did not function properly.
The staff in the bar/dining area were less efficient and friendly than when we visited last year. The evening opening of the bar was different every day with no clear opening time avaibale. This was distinctly different that when we stayed there the previous year.
