We loved everything about our trip and that started with the hotel, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, our room was immaculately clean and large which is what we needed when travelling with a toddler. Breakfast was brilliant, hot foods, or cereal and fruits to choose from, all very nice.

Perfect location— walkable to all major sites in Florence. Large room and bathroom, kept perfectly clean by a kind staff. Room is very quiet with windows closed, or you can enjoy the sounds of life on a small street. Good breakfast. Cheerful and helpful front desk staff.

Staff very good. . Art Atelier tries to b old world charm but it has tried too much.
The distressed look in bedrooms has an inclination to make wood, desks, chairs etc look dirty not old.
I had very noisy neighbours hairdryers going used at 1am. Showers at 5am....they were not leaving.
That said room was spotless and bathrooms lovely xx

The room was beautiful, clean, and easily accessible. The location was walking distance to so much in Florence. The breakfasts were very good, and offered excellent options for gluten intolerance. The staff was terrific. In particular, James an Paulo were incredibly helpful and hospitable.

Staff really friendly and generous, especially the cleaning staff in charge of my area; fantastic location, walking distance to everything; decent breakfast; the hotel is generous with its heating; shower very comfortable
Room temperature cannot be controlled; 3 nights in a row 26 or even 27 degrees, which is very uncomfortable given the thick blanket, and too wasteful to keep the window open; the room is basic; quite over-priced considering what you get
