Good
Location is good. Staff is great. My room is spacious, probably much smaller in other rooms.
The bath tub leaks, leaving water on the floor which can be slippery. After management is informed, they take care of it right away. The room is pretty humid. You can see black mold on the wall at top of the window.

Exceptional
Excellent location, all main attractions are a five to fifteen minutes' walk. Many great restaurants, bakeries, and shops are nearby. Santa Maria del Fiore, Cappelle Medicee, and Mercato Centrale are just around the corner. Tasty breakfast, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Very polite staff who kindly accepted every request. Excellent choice when you are visiting Florence for the first time. We will definitely stay here again.
Niente, tutto perfetto! :)

Wonderful
A well located hotel in a quiet street. We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful in contrast to some earlier reviews. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the food at dinner also looked good although we mostly went out. The Metro is reasonably close as well the Spanish Steps and premium shopping
Steep steps up to reception which would be an issue for some.
