Practical room, in the middle of the city, with direct access to train station. With the high speed train, it is easy to do a day trip to Rome.
Egg and beacon at the breakfast could be more refinement (overcooked omelet, oil-dripping beacon)

Immaculate hotel with friendly staff. We were given an extra large room which we appreciated. Great location and excellent breakfast. After staying in 16 different hotel rooms this by far was the cleanest and excellent

The cleanliness is beyond what’s expected . Amazing for 4 star hotel . Very very close to Santa Maria novella , Florence main station , like 1 minute away . The food is ok in breakfast , fresh and clean and delicious .
Although the street where the hotel is located is a bit tight for cars but it was not a problem for us , we walked out and uber dropped us back 5 meters away like 20 seconds away :) highly recommended.

Everything was excellent! Amazing room, big, clean, comfortable bed, with everything you need! The staff was excellent and ready to help you with everything! Location amazing, just 5 min walk to Santa Maria Novella train station and exactly in the center! Couldn’t ask for something better! Highly recommended!

Typical Italian breakfast, lots of pastries, but enough variety otherwise. Location right in the tourist center, newly renovated space in Italian style, lots of attention to details. Congratulations.
Maybe we didn't know how to use the blinds, but they covered the entire window and kept it dark. The option for built-in blinds belongs to the host, personally we would have preferred classy curtains and thick drapes in front of the windows, so that the light could come in the morning. There was a construction site in front of the room that was disturbing while we were in the room during the day, welding work was being carried out continuously from 09.00 in the morning to 16.00 in the evening. Some people from other buildings, visibly disturbed by the workers, were playing very loud music. I think these noises are related to the temporary activity, but it would be better not to accommodate guests in the rooms affected by such works. This was disturbing, but we stayed for a short time. But I wouldn't want to imagine what a person would have felt if they had stayed for five days or more with a construction site on their mind every day.
