Very convenient. Helpful staff.
Too much perfume/ai freshener in room. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was poor. We weren’t there for the breakfast though.

Great location, easy to get to from airport and tram stop. Also great for all the attractions. Comfy and clean, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff, who made a lovely fuss of me for my birthday!
The air con/heating in the room was a bit noisy but otherwise it was lovely! I don’t understand, though, that there’s a notice up about using towels again, which we are happy to do to save the environment, but the towels were changed anyway!

Cups not wash up. Lack of spare toilet had to ask for a roll. Coffee from the machine in breakfast room was luke warm.

The location was brilliant. The staff were great and couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are a good size. Good selection for breakfast.
It was dated, the bed was okay but not the best, the room was nice but was showing decent amount of wear on the furniture and the room itself.

We have visited this hotel since 2017 and hopefully will continue to visit. The location is close to all the city attractions. It is exceptionally well maintained and the staff are friendly.The rooms are big and well appointed.
Breakfast is always a treat and of high quality.
