The staff was was lovely and very helpful. Speecifically Daniele at the front desk and the bar tender Dandan. Excelent location directly acrosss from the train station. I was offered a discounted rate for a larger room at check in.

Location was great! Just a few steps from the train station. Also easy walking distance to center of Florence. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

Friendly staff, large room with a great view on the lake.
Good location.
Possibility to charge our car at the hotel.
