Exceptional stay and staff, though one small disappointment
Review:
We had a generally wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, making it so easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the service provided by the staff was excellent.
I also want to highlight how helpful and communicative the team was when I realized I had left some clothes behind after check-out. They were very quick to assist me with most of the items. However, I am a bit saddened that my jacket, which was left in the same spot as the other clothes, was not found. This was a bit disappointing as it was an important item for me.
Despite this issue, we are very happy with the overall hospitality and the kind approach of the personnel. It is a fantastic hotel, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Was across the street from the train station, which helped so much to our comute to bologna. However, it has nothing to do with a near a train station hotel, it has clean, no noise, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was so delicious and with so many options.

Great location opposite the train station
Staff are great the lady behind the Sweet bar is fantastic! She is brilliant. Lovely young guy in the breakfast room who made my decaffeinated coffee was lovely. The staff make the hotel great
