The location is perfect in front of the train station. The room are great, spacious, amazing view of the city, great temperature in the room(you can adjusted colder or hotter). I love it! Is my favorite place to stay in Firenze. The best is Pet Friendly ??

He was truly one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met while traveling. This was my first stop in Italy, and after a long flight, I was honestly exhausted — but the moment I arrived, Igor greeted me with so much happiness and positive energy that he immediately made my day. His smile, attitude, and warm welcome made me feel like I was not just a guest, but genuinely cared for.
Igor was extremely nice, professional, and patient throughout everything. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. I never felt rushed, and you can tell he really loves his job and truly cares about the guests. Because of him, my stay felt extra special from the very beginning.
He also gave us amazing tips about the area — places to walk around, where to eat, and what to visit — and his recommendations were honestly so helpful. It made exploring the neighborhood much easier and more enjoyable, especially since it was my first time in Italy. On top of that, I was able to visit the bar and I really appreciated the welcome drink, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling.
Overall, Igor is the reason this stay felt so smooth, warm, and memorable. He is the kind of staff member that makes a hotel stand out from the rest. IGOR is the best!!!! If you stay here, you will be lucky to meet him. Thank you again, Igor, for making my first experience in Italy so amazing! ??
I was telling all my friends about this hotel with a beautiful balcony and location is great. The view is super pretty and the mountains are amazing. Also thank you for the welcome card from the management team.

There was nothing about the property that was bad. I was supposed to stay for 2 night but i only stayed for 1 night. Igor was able to make my day and make me happy still. Igor was the best!!! He greet me with a big happy smile, made me feel warm, happy, and welcome

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing - especially LORENZO who ensured we got a great room and always checked in that we were comfortable throughout our stay. Also, the breakfast was very nice, with great options. The location was absolutely fantastic, just in front of Santa M.L. Metro, which made commuting and our Pisa day-trip easy. We will definitely come back anytime we are in Florence. Ciao!????

It was perfection. The first time we stayed, it was work related. We came back to Florence two days later and chose to stay again.Now we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Florence. Lorenzo, Elisa and Evelin were wonderful at the desk and breakfast with Angelica, Angelina and Zach was delicious and perfectly orchestrated no matter how busy. Zach must live there as he was often at the Sweet Bar at night too making sure we were happy. Smiles everywhere all the time. Nothing was too much trouble. The answer to every request was yes. The upgrade when we booked was a huge room with a view and a balcony. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL. stop reading reviews and just book the Ambasciatori. You will be delighted. Signed two ex hotel people who know how hard the hospitality business is. Bravo!!

Very comfortable modern room
Revolving doors at entrance makes it a hustle to walk in with suitcases.
2 slow tiny elevators serving a very big hotel which makes impossible traffic.
Low water pressure in the shower.

Super convenient, staffs are very helpful and friendly, esp Lorenzo. location also convenient just across the station. The vibe makes me feel at home and my 4 days in florence were very memorable. Bathroom n amenities were complete also.

The room was spacious, clean, pleasant and had a comfortable and calm atmosphere to relax and rest.
We didn’t choose a room described with a view and still we had a wonderfull surprise of a roomy balcony with a awesome view.
Bathroom was spacious with good shower and equipment.
The hotel is a very pleasant place and their restaurant is just awesome (you definetely have to try their “aperitivo” at evening hours).
Location is near train station, convenient for travelling with luggage and easy access to transportation.
Hotel staff were welcoming, really helpfull and pleasant.
We did get a welcome letter and goodbye present, just showing their warm welcome.
Would definetly consider booking again this hotel when in Florence.

Clean, all amenities were available. Good shower water pressure. Good was top notch. All drinks in frig were free.
It is Rome so space was a kind of tight, understood. However I tripped on floor and hit my leg to corner edge of furniture metal frame and left me long scar. Safety issue is not great.
