The hotel has all the facilities you might need. Staff were very friendly, especially Elisa, she introduced parts of the hotel, accommodated us to the room and got us up upgraded.
Although it’s just a few steps from the train station but it’s quite far from attractions but you can take a bus or other public transportation

Location excellent as opposite the station and Tram stop from airport, Less than 5 minutes walk to the city centre.
Corridors of the hotel looking tired and could do with painting, Reception, Bar and rooms all excellent but looks like they have stopped after refurbishing them. Doesn't detract from being an excellent hotel.

The hotel was great and very well situated if you are using the train station, directly opposite the entrance. Our room was really nice, clean and spacious and the staff were fab, we actually had an upgrade which was a bonus.
We had a balcony but didn't really use it as it was very noisy with both doors open , lots of people congregate on the steps outside of the station which is a little off putting.

The convenience of being across from the train station was immensely helpful for us, and arranging a Taxi was extremely easy if we didn't feel like walking any further... though... most is within walking distance.
Some rif-raf tend to hang out by the airport.

This hotel completely stole our hearts — it was our absolute favorite during our trip! From the very first moment, everything felt so warm and special. At check-in we were greeted with complimentary drinks, and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the staff kindly took our luggage. When we came back from exploring the city, our bags were already waiting for us in the room — such a thoughtful detail!
The room was big, sparkling clean, and super comfortable. We loved finding a handwritten note and chocolates prepared just for us, and on our last night, the staff surprised us with a gift of pasta — we honestly felt so cared for. These little touches made us feel at home, and more than just guests.
With its perfect location, delicious breakfast variety, and the kindest staff you could ever meet, this hotel was simply the BEST. If I ever come back to Florence, this is the only place I’ll stay. I’ll also recommend it to all my loved ones without hesitation. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable!

Great location as we arrived by train from Rome … it was over the road opposite the exit door … 2 nd time staying
Modern /clean / great Bar on second floor run by Daniela .. she was brilliant and we adored her !! Our niece had a peanut allergy and she was so careful when looking after us ..washed her hands /
Kept everything separate..
Wishing her and her mother well !
Lifts are very small and some would lead to no where ! Poor signage ..
Pillows were not great but we ordered more

Excellent Hotel location near the train station.
The front office personal were very helpful
Even though we arrived early we were accommodated to our rooms in speedy time,
This place has a great bar called "SWEET" at this place, I would definitely recommend having a drink at this place.
Room was small for 3 people (Adults); given 2 single beds which were great, the third bed was a sofa bed which I believe is unacceptable when you are staying over 3 nights!; Had to ring several time to get housekeeping done.. ....
