Perfect location and the room and bathroom were huge and clean with a beautiful balcony. We were lucky to have free upgrade.
Highly recommended if you if you prefer to stay close to the Central Train Station and delicious restaurants.

It is well located, we went everywhere on foot, the room is Comfortable and clean, the breakfast is great with many options, the reception is very nice all the time.
I have no complaints, everything was perfect in my stay.

Excellent location (trivial walk to train station, easy walk into historic centre), extremely good breakfast, effective airconditioning in temperatures 35+ C, elegant room.
The lifts are a bit on the small side.

Loved this hotel! It right outsidd the train startion and a 10 min walks to everything in Florence. The staff is nice and they can keep your luggage while you do your last activities at no cost

The street where the property is located is very noisy, and the room window needs to be kept closed. This causes ventilation problems despite the air conditioning.
