The location was perfect—very close to the station. The hotel was clean, and the view was great.
When I found out that I might not be able to go to Pisa because of the strike, I asked the staff for advice. They kindly suggested that I might still be able to go if I joined a tour and even offered to call for me the next morning. In the end, I didn’t go to Pisa, but the staff were very helpful, and spending the day exploring Florence turned out to be a wonderful memory.
At check-in, Lorenzo explained everything very thoroughly. We even had a fun conversation about anime.

The hotels has a super good location - for a walk in the town as well as to travel to other places : train station is just across the street . The room is quite nice and clean,bathroom is also big enough and clean.My room was very quiet and with comfortable bed. The breakfast is also very good: variety of different types of bread,cheese,vegetables. I recommend it!
