The property is conveniently located close to the central train station, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it very easy to get around Florence.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thanks to Stefany, who gave us some great recommendations on what to see in Florence and made us feel welcome from the start. We also received a complimentary welcome drink at the hotel’s bar, which was a nice touch.
Another thing we really appreciated was being able to borrow an iron free of charge, unlike some hotels that charge extra for it.
We were also upgraded to a spacious room with a huge terrace overlooking Florence and a large bathroom, which made our stay even better.
We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we come back to Florence. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit.

Location was directly across from the train station, super easy to get to if arriving by train. As long as you are able bodied and willing to walk, this was close enough to the attractions to be well worth it. Having said that, we are 20,000 - 30,000 step a day travelers, so if you prefer to walk less than that, you may want to look elsewhere. The hotel staff I interacted with were wonderfully friendly and hospitable. Our room was adequately sized, if on the smaller end, but with a lovely balcony overlooking the square (noisy of course, considering the traffic and trains being across the road), but the windows were quadruple paned so when the doors and windows were shut, you couldn't hear a thing. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Bathroom was a nice size. Wi-fi was decent and workable. The hotel was well worn, but well taken care of, like the carpets probably should have been replaced years ago, but you could tell they were doing everything they could to keep them clean. Even with my complaints I would stay here again.
TV was ancient if that matters to you, I prefer to plug in my phone and stream a youtube video before bed and I was able to do that, but the TV was old and needs replacement. The tub/shower was very narrow width wise, so it kind of impossible to have a firm stance in it, I had to shower sideways. The toilet in our room flushed - but barely. It took a few flushes to get everything down.

Right from check-in, the staff were onto it. Evilina was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Free drink on arrival. We were allowed in the lounge to call family and use wifi while we waited for our room. A phone call to check everything was ok. The attention to detail and personalised service was excellent.
Less than 100m from the station and walking distance to everything.
Cheap for what we got.
Highly recommended.

Room was great, shower was great, and staff also were really great. Bed was comfortable and there was enough room for our luggage and to spread out.
the air-conditioning is set at 24 degrees and while it can go hotter it cant go cooler which is bad when the sun is directly on you window and wall and the room gets hot. It colled things a fair bit if the curtains were closed during the day but if it didnt cool outside overnight the room was a bit hot for me to sleep - i preffer around 20 degrees celcius for sleeping.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was big and perfectly clean, and all the facilities were in great condition. The location made everything easy — trams were very close, and there were plenty of local places within walking distance. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great location, clean rooms, and trustworthy service. Our first night was a bit dramatic due to a sound insulation issue in the room, but Aurora (I hope I’m spelling that right) was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. She is truly the reason we left the hotel so happy!
The only area for improvement is the clarity around the city tax during booking. Booking.com stated that no further payments were required, but we had to pay a €28 city tax for our 2-night stay. While most hotels include a disclaimer like "additional payments may be required," this one didn't. It's a small technicality, but updating your Booking.com settings to clarify this would make the guest experience much smoother.

Steps from the train. Bedroom nice and quiet…noise is blocked from outside. Close to walk around and visit the city.
The staff very attentive to our needs. Even helped us organize a trip. Christian, Ielena and the young girl that spoke Spanish were marvelous. This is the 1st time that we feel that this is a hotel that it has all you need not only to stay there but also to feel comfortable and you feel the true TLC from their employees. We would return in a heart beat.
This place is a must.
