Location
It’s not worth $1,000 for 3 nights I spent (no breakfast).
It seems like 3 stars hotel more than 4 stars. (Bad quality of towels)

Wonderful
Well, I think the location was great; next to the train station. We did not have to drag our luggage far. The staff were incredible - so well trained, so willing to answer questions and help. The breakfast was very good. Even though it was close to the train station, the room was very quiet.
Well, we were there in April when they do not provide A/C. The room was too hot. If you turned on the fan, it would blow more hot air, so we slept with the window open (which many people might like), but we were pestered by mosquitoes. A real nuisance.

Our first room smelled horrible and after complaining they moved us to another room that was extremely noisy. No sleep!

It was close to the train station
No Air conditioner working, even though they said it was and they sent someone up to check it supposedly. I feel I should be compensated for the two rooms.

We visited mid-April. The air conditioner did not properly cool the room. It was very hot.

The happy jour snacks and drinks offer was excellent.
Position of hotel is great for access to Florence.

Nice room, not big, but efficient, considering I was alone. Near busy train station, but with the balcony doors closed felt quiet. .Bed was fine. Water pressure sufficient. Breakfast buffet adequate. There's a nice bar/lounge .
Safe not big enough for a laptop. Breakfast only till 10am.

Very close to the train station and walking distance to great food and attractions . The breakfast was great ! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
It was slightly warm in the room and we had to open windows and hence were exposed to noise outside.

I had an issue during check-in as the room I was initially given had an unpleasant smell. I went to the front desk and was assisted by Ms. Giulia, who handled the situation exceptionally well. She was quick to respond, offered me a new room immediately, and personally walked with me from reception to ensure everything was up to standard.
She made sure I was satisfied with the new room, which was excellent clean, fresh, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was her professionalism, politeness, and ability to handle the situation calmly and efficiently.
Great service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you Ms. Giulia for turning the experience around.
