Location, staff, cleanliness and comfortable room, wide selection of breakfast items all added up to a wonderful 3 nights at Hotel Alinari.
It’s Florence which means tourists, tourists and lots of tourists. Not the fault of the hotel when tourists are noisy inside and outside the hotel.

Breakfast was top notch! Loved the made to order omelets! Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were truly amongst the best. Thoughtful, attentive, and authentically genuine.

I loved the warm welcome from all Alinari stuff, everyone were smiling and welling to assist in anytime and they tried their best to make everything go smoothly and their procedures were very easy. since we stepped in it felt like home and I loved the way they treated us and how generous they were.
I didn't not expect that kind of hospitality and respect and for sure when I decided to come again I will definitely choose this hotel.

Terrible, Terrible location and premise. Alinaris Hotel is a dump in a very shady location by the Train station in Florence. This is no way a 3 star facility, but it is more of a hook up place. You can hear people from the other rooms.

Rooms were very noisy… heard all neighbors all night…. It it is an old building and I guess that is common

The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom, modern and spacious. The entrance to the building and the elevator reminded us that we are in a very old city. This is not necessarily bad. On the contrary. It stresses the point that the hotel itself is in excellent condition and that the facilities have been very well taken care of.
As for the staff, from the moment we walked out of the elevator, Cristiano was there to greet us warmly. Leonardo went out of his way to fulfill a request of mine. Fiorella prepared a delicious coffee for us. Fatwua was very kind at the breakfast bar. We felt very well treated by the whole staff. It is a place that I will recommend for its location and comfort, but specially for the staff.

Thanks to Cristiano and team for their world class hospitality. Very good location , SMN is only 100 m away. Near to Duomo and one can get all amenities as required within 50 M radius. Fully secured and much better than many of the 5 stars worldwide. Definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks and Best wishes to “ Alinari team”: Manash and family.
