Disappointing
The location was good.
I did think that the staff were friendly. I choose this hotel because everyone raved about the staff and the location was perfect. The staff were not friendly or helpful. Also there was supposed to be breakfast included but that was not true.

Good location, very clean & modern.
The staff were so lovely & accomodating nothing was too much trouble
The breakfast was very good.
As it was on the fourth floor, we had to use the lift which was very small, but this would not stop me booking at this Hotel when we come back to Florence

The staff are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the hospitality is truly outstanding. As this is a family-run hotel, you can really feel the personal touch and the great attention they pay to every detail. The location is also excellent, especially if you are planning to visit Florence, making the hotel both comfortable and very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was spacious. The breakfast on the terrace was terrific! We loved having so much fresh fruit.
It was a little awkward to go up and down the stairs for the room and to access the elevator.
