Excellent location, very clean hotel, staff incredibly friendly and helpful
The bed was not particularly comfortable, as it was made up of two single mattresses with a gap in the middle. The room was also quite basic and missing some standard amenities, such as a kettle. Considering the price, it feels quite overrated.

Location near the river was good. Room was good size.
The noise from the restaurant below, especially late and early stacking and unstacking tables. The one-person elevator was out most of the time. Make four flights of concrete stairs with luggage very hard, both up and down.

The location and staff are amazing. We have a great stay there. The elevator is a bit small but it is normal in Italy especially in the old building.

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, within walking distance of all major attractions, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, breakfast was not included in the stay.
Minor maintenance is required for bathroom drainage system.

Location was great!
There was nobody to help me with the suitcase specially the first floor does not have an elevator, so you have to drag your suitcase all the way up to the second floor, heads up elevator is so small barely you can fit in the elevator with your suitcase.
