Elegant interior. Charmingly illuminated exterior at night. Very convenient location next to the train station and within walking distance of good restaurants and all major landmark sites. Very nice breakfast buffet.
Old-fashioned, obsolete, inefficient in a very irritating manner. No sockets next to the bed. No key card, just one heavy old-school key that you need to return on leaving the hotel and pick up once you are back.

The hotel was very nice inside, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The locations was perfect, 5 minute walk to the train station, which was perfect for us on such a short stay. We arrived prior to check in and they allowed us to leave out bags at the hotel before our room was ready. We had to check out early, prior to the breakfast being served, and the front desk made up a to-go box for us to take at 6:30am. Very happy with our stay and the hospitality of the staff!

The staff is exceptional. We spent 9 nights here. Everyone is a wonderful, caring person. Special thanks and waves to Lisa, Amanda, and Raul. You guys made us feel like family.
The restaurant is also excellent. Terrific food at fair prices. The breakfast is complete with all you could want and well done.
This is our hotel in Florence.
No real complaints. Little stuff from insensitive neighbors you get anywhere.
