Wonderful
Location is great. Close to station and 10 min walk to central Florence. Ponte Vecchio is about 20 min walk.
Very clean. We had a nice balcony. Staff are lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
The hotel is very close to the train and the tram and quite close to the old city - i.e. duomo, uffizy gallery etc.
There's a very good Indian restaurant very close to the hotel, 2 supermarkets and many other shops
It's fairly quiet and the street is lit well at night
Breakfast was very good
There's a mini bar which is actually a little fridge, a tea kettle and a safe - all very useful
The stream in the shower wasn't very good.
The beds were a bit too soft for me
Part of the pavement of the street where the hotel is, is not very good

I loved this hotel!! The staff were incredible. So welcoming and helpful. The room had every single thing you'd need. The air-conditioning was fantastic, the room was old-style but clean and charming. I loved the art pieces and the high ceiling. The location is so central. Near to a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops and only about a 15 min walk away from the Uffizi and Academia.
I thought the breakfast was quite underwhelming unfortunately. I have allergies so I would have liked the allergens to have been marked clearly. Their choice of hot food in particular could have definitely been broadened. That's my only negative of the stay though.

No usb or general euro power points, had to borrow adapter from reception. Power socket loose and dodgy.
Room quite small for money paid, and a little tired. Bathroom tatty in places.
Access road often had homeless/ beggars not far from hotel, a little intimidating,esp at night.
Air con noisy and struggled to cope.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the central train station, an abundance of bars and restaurants, and a short walk to all major attractions in the city. It is very secure - off street entrance with lockable gates at night. There is a very comfortable bar and lounge near reception and an outdoor area with umbrellas. The breakfast area is tight but the food and service is excellent. Ours was a double room with balcony so we had a nice view over Firenze.
Not a complaint but guests need to be aware that there is no ironing equipment available (hotel policy) and at this time of year (early September) mosquitos can be a problem at night.

We had a top floor room with a skylight & no windows so couldn’t see anything outside , was a little tired inside.

Staff and service was excellent. We booked 2 rooms. a double room and a triple room. Double room was very nice and very quiet. Air conditioner worked very well. Triple room was spacious. . Breakfast had a good variety of options.

Very conveniently located near SMH railway station.
The room was fine, the hotel had a nice old world decor and we had a nice dinner in the restaurant, which was not overly priced and breakfast was included.

Lovely staff, good breakfast. The room was comfortable, clean, everything was as expected and we had absolutely no issues. Nice design throughout. The location is the best feature, but everything else was really great as well.
