It is a beautiful old hotel in a great location on a quiet street. Well appointed rooms, lovely feel about it. Luxury at at a non-luxury price. Wonderful.

I will recommend this sweet hotel to friends coming to Firenze. Love the staff, Lorenzo was so helpful as was Gabriele. Carlos was very kind. All remembered us from our Collette tour a week earlier. Beds were the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks. The breakfast was excellent varied, and plentiful, as was the dinner we ate at the restaurant on May 18. Wish we weren't always rushed. It was kind and unexpected to have a breakfast to go when we left at 7am. The location was very easy to get to from the train station and walking to the Duoma area was easy.
I'd like someone to show me how to turn on those convenient towel warmers. Ours was on low in Rm 212 w/our Collette tour, but not in Rm 402 the last nights.

Breakfast was included in our deal and was of good quality with a good selection and ample time to enjoy it. All 3 rooms we had booked were of excellent size and comfort. Located a 5 min walk from the train station, it was not noisy and therefore easy to get to and based in a position to make going to the various attractions not too far to walk.
All 6 of us had a good time here so nothing to complain about.
