Near to train station. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, food and coffee were very good. Staff was very professional.

Hotel Albani Firenze was our first hotel in Italy and what a delight. Staff was exceptional, the room was gorgeous, beds comfortable, bathroom outstanding-including towel warmer, bidet, absolutely lovely.

The room had just 1 USB port to charge devices. As a tourist it was difficult to manage charge on various devices using just 1 charging port.

The hotel was lovely, and unexpected. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was accommodating and respectful. Very good location to the train station if you plan to visit to other cities by train. We traveled through Italy by train so this was great location for us. Easy to walk to the Duomo and other sites. I highly recommend it.

My stay at Albani felt quite luxurious. The spacious room was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is excellent. It's less than a 10 minute walk from SMN (main train station in Florence). There are a lot of restaurants and a supermarket in a 5 minute walk. The Santa Maria Novella church and beautiful square is also very nearby.

Wonderful older traditional hotel with marble everywhere! Staff were helpful and location is superb, within easy walking distance from station, when you arrive and walking distance to the main attractions in the old city. Breakfast was great, staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Ventilation in the room was not great, so it was difficult to strike a balance in getting the right temperature. Whilst the tiled and marble floors look wonderful, when people are moving luggage or things in room over or next to you, it is noisy, and so sleep was often interrupted. We were also located opposite Housekeeping, and they start early in the morning! All small things, but overall customer experience was excellent
