Very, very clean!
My single room at the front was very quiet.
Good bed and linens.
The bar/cafe directly across the street had very good coffee and panini.
That I had to leave at 4am for a flight, so too early to try the breakfast.
The night man gave me yogurt and fruit to have instead.

Exceptional
The location is exceptional as an easy walk from the train station and the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The room was clean. We had a larger room to assure some extra space, but I believe no one could be unhappy with this lovely boutique experience.
I would have liked to pay city taxes up front. We nearly forgot before we left and had to be hailed by the staff.

Wonderful
Great location, Friendly staffs, variety choice of breakfast. Even my room is just at the road, the windows are two layers so it was very quiet at night.
There is a small live insect in the bathroom. I didn’t bring any food into the room. Although the room is clean, I am confused on where it came from.
