Our room was amazing and huge with a jacuzzi bath, the staff were lovely, and it was in a great spot - an excellent place to stay if you want a bit of luxury while visiting Florence!

Super clean, balcony over courtyard, very quiet.
The only thing was the shower, which was in the bathtub (I have limited mobility in one leg, so getting out of a wet tub is difficult).

We enjoyed the staff; helpful anytime of day. The occasional happy hours were a nice touch.
Occasionally the American tv channels would freeze & buffer but it was nice to have BBC, CNN fast, ABC, NBC. This hotel went out of their way to have a gallon of distilled water available on arrival for husbands cpap machine.

I arrived at the hotel around 11am and liked that they checked me in right away. It is a short walk from the train station on a small street. Since my room faced the street I thought it would be noisy, not at all, very quiet at night.
Well, I am American so I would have liked to have a wash cloth!

Location (5 min walk from train station, within 10-15 for all other major sites). Many little restaurants around. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. The only drawback is that my room was very small. But comfortable twin bed and good linens and towels.

The room was nice with some authentic ambiance from the past time. The furniture does not look old, though. Everything is quite well organized. Very clean bathroom. Silent rooms. Breakfast is fine, although the was no big choice of the principal meals.
The host who did check-in was not very friendly. He was not rude though

Location, breakfast deore, friendly staff. The property is in Florences beating heart literally 2 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella square, Giotto Tower and Ponte Vecchio. Also, they offer a very convenient car park service for a fair fee
Bath sink clogged at our arrival (fixed by ourselves), killed mosquito marks a bit everywhere on the room walls

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful room that accommodated three adults. Large bathroom was great! Very close to sites and the Monti district is a fun, safe area but still close to train.

This property was easy to find, and within walking distance of the Duomo and the Uffizi museum as well as the Mercado Central. The room was set up nicely for 3 people, very clean and my sister had her own small suite upstairs. They served a nice breakfast every morning which was also a bonus. Overall a very nice place to stay.
While the location was very central to shopping, and museums the street it was on was very busy.
