The staff was the best asset - they were friendly, helpful and professional
With me being a tall person the bunk beds were slightly tight but I did appreciate that I could stay on the bottom bunk as climbing up could have been a challenge so overall I feel grateful

The bed is a little firm, slightly out of the way which wasn’t a bad thing, buses are close by to the centre of Florence

Everybody was very helpful. The bedroom's are in an old building, but very clean.
I think that is the standard now in Fiorenza, but it was very far from the historical center. It's fair, knowing tourists are packing the city to the point of saturation. A suggestion is staff helping out with information about public transport, but nothing you can't figure out by yourself. Also, as I mentioned above, the bedroom's are located in a very old wing of the building. Initially I was a little bit scared, but everyone was respectful and the staff was very helpful. It's a very fair price.

It was modern and had all the facilities I wanted. It also had a social aspect to it; the bar etc, which I didn’t take part in but is a lovely way for people to connect.
There was an older gentleman there, I think he works there, who approached me a couple of times to ‘go for coffee’. I said no twice. I saw him approach another younger woman also and am concerned about this predatory behaviour with women who are travelling solo. I tried to avoid the kitchen for this reason, but shouldn’t have to. I hoping someone can talk to him about this behaviour, it could be harmful for some woman.

Staff were very friendly. About 30 minutes of walking takes you to the historic centre or you can get the train from the local station. Very quiet area, it was difficult to get food there on my first night (the highly recommend the local rugby club restaurant!). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, close to the train station Campo Marte from where there sre trains to the city center every 10 minutes. The room was very clean and the staff very attentive and kind.
