Very Good
A little away from the centre of the tourist pandemonium. But there are opportunities to enjoy the real Florence without the crowds. The room and bathroom are very clean. The staff is pleasant and very helpful
The bed creaked and rolled a bit when you roll over while sleeping.
The walls are very cold and look like you are in a hospital)
The shower lacked a minimal curtain so that the water did not drip on things

My third time here, it is easy one of the best hostels I've stayed in anywhere in the world. It is clean, the facilities are top notch, the staff are amazing. I will be staying here again

Nice and cheap breakfast. Clean rooms and beds. Big lockers in the room.
Too far away from the main atractions and places, this only gets worse with the terrible, messy and unpunctual Italian public transportation. Also, they have only 3 bathrooms for I don't know how many rooms. Same with shared showers.

It was clean most places. The bed was ok for comfort, sheets and towels clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
The toilets were less well maintained. Many doors didn’t close well. Pipes were rusty or dirty. They all seemed older and more run down than the rest of the facilities.
Also the location was difficult to get to either on one or two bus lines or walking and hauling a suitcase up and over the footbridge. As an older woman alone I did not feel safe after 6 or 7pm using the footbridge or in the surrounding area.

Its one of the coolest air bnbs i have been to. The breakfast was good. The beds cozy. With bus or train you are easily in the city center.

This hostel is well run. Clean accommodating friendly. They have moderatly comfortble beds and each bed has charger and small light. Privacy with curtains and the rooms have nice private bathrooms shared with your hostel roomies only. The staff were superb. They have nice seating areas outside the rooms with plug ins to charge your devices.i liked the excellent bike lock up
The only very small negative is it's not as close to the centre as I would have liked.

Second time I've stayed here, all still amazing. It's really a gem of a hostel. I've moved to Florence and am looking for a room, so this is now one of my 2 bases. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone!

Close to bus stop with a nice garden to sit it.
The room we stayed in was small for three people with peeling and cracked walls. It was not the room as shown when we booked. More toilets and showers needed..the bed was not comfortable. Definitely not worth the rate charged

Breakfast was good. Well organised. Staff were very friendly, polite.
I did not realise that the shower which was in the bedroom was having transparent glass and when someone was having a shower their body could be seen by the other person in the room. This meant it was not private enough to have a wash.
