Great location, cool decor and comfortable rooms. Safe and on the main public transport routes.
There was no hot water in the morning for the shower.

We stayed in a deluxe double room, which was lovely! We loved the style and theme. The bed was comfortable, extra pillow and a thicker duvet in wardrobe if needed. Warm and powerful shower with plenty of space. Good air con, kept the room cool. Staff polite and helpful. Outdoor area/entrance is stunning! You walk in from the road, turn the corner and it’s like you’re in a tranquil rainforest! There is a beautiful street food place just 2/3 mins walk called Akkiappa Tee, the guy is so lovely and welcoming! Food is incredible, he is from Sicily. You can eat in or take out. We got a selection of food to try and it was all phenomenal!
There is a huge contrast between the private rooms and the dorms, which is expected to a degree, but we were struck by how vast the contrast was. You literally have a long hallway that is completely split and depending on which direction you look, it’s like 2 different worlds! No other issues whatsoever, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Nice location, far enough from crowds, close enough to old town (30 minutes walk to duomo). 10 minutes walk from campo di marte train station. Cleaness of the rooms; rooms are getting cleaned every day. Air condition is working fine. Big kitchen, ATM, vending machine in the ground floor. Nice bar in the yard.
There is no fridge inside rooms, though there ìs a big fridge in the kitchen, shared to everyone. In the peak season one fridge may not be enough

Great hostel breakfast spread. meat, cheese, eggs croissant, rolls coffee and cake, so many things to choose from. The room had AC, the beds were comfy and had curtains. Everything was clean, the bathroom was really nice, there was storage under the bed, the room was not cramped and they gave you a towel which most hostels don't and the sitting area outside the rooms are beautifully decorated and looked comfortable even though I didn't use it and they had tall mirrors to check your outfits if you need to. There's an elevator if you're on one of the upper floors. all around great hostel. I don't have anything bad to say about it.

Great place to stay, easy to get into the heart of the historic centre by bus. The place was very nice, staff were lovely and it was quite social, especially liked the common areas (specifically the outdoor one as well). Loved that bag storage was offered for free.

Beautiful room and good location.
The service was great and it was comfortable.
Getting to the city was easy by bus. They have very affordable breakfast buffet and dinner buffet which are very good.
My girlfriend has celiac disease and the glutenfree breakfast was no problem. We just asked the kind staff for some glutenfree options

needed to stay in Florence for one night during my trip to northern Italy, and I stayed in a four-bed female dorm.
The place is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor bar in the hotel garden — a great spot to meet people or simply wind down in the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and both the room and the bed were clean, comfortable, and spacious.
I went to breakfast without realizing that I was supposed to pay beforehand. They were very flexible and respectful about it and didn’t make it an issue at all, which I really appreciated.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florence!
I didn't find anything I don't like, considering the price I paid for one night, it was absolutely exceeding my expectation!

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.
This was the worst accommodation experience of my Euro trip.
BE AWARE OF BED BUGS. You can see in the pictures that my legs were covered in bed bug bites. While I was in the lobby, two other girls also complained about bed bugs.
The cleanliness was also very poor. When I checked in, I found many hairs in my bed and it was clearly not clean.
The location is also not very convenient. It’s easy to get to the city center but getting back to the hostel is very difficult. Most of the time I ended up walking about 45 minutes to get back.
I chose this place because it had a rating of over 8 but now I understand why the rating is so high. There is a sign in the room saying that you can get a free beer if you leave a good review.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
