I really liked the outside sitting area and the location felt safe to walk to as well as close to one of the train stations. Also includes a towel which is so great!
The beds were a bit creaky on the top bunk. Bathroom also could’ve been a bit cleaner but I understand they’re shared. Also no real kitchen to cook in

The hostel is about 15min walking from Campo di Marte train station.
It is located in a quiet area (far from the main sightseeing), but there is a supermarket right next to the hostel and caffes and restaurants nearby.
The room was spacious and clean. Bed was confortable and it has its own locker, power outlet, light and curtains for privacy and they also provided towels.
I got a free bedroom upgrade, so the bathroom inside the bedroom was very convenient. It has hair dryer so it is very good for the winter.
Breakfast is a buffet and it is only 5 euros. It is delicious and it has many options of food and drinks.
The only thing that I missed was fresh fruit (like apples and oranges ) in the breakfast buffet. Also, if you arrive at Campo di Marte at night and have to go walking to the hostel, be aware that you have to cross a bridge over the train lines and it doesn't look very safe (there were some people haging around that looked like drug dealers).

There is a bus stop just across the street.
The room smelled weird and they just offered to spray some perfume. We asked for another room and unfortunately they didn’t give us.
The shower was not hot, only cold water. One day it was a bit warm, but I had a bad experience without hot water.

I chose this Hostel b/c I wanted to get out of the tourist city center -- I've been to Florence many times -- it was an easy 25 - 35 minutes by foot to city center -- or -- you could take the train from Campo Di Marte, right to Santa Marie Novella, for 1,6 euros! The hostel itself, I'm thinking, used to be an old factory, hence the spaciousness. The beds were amazing, well organized for comfy living -- large locker! -- and absolutely wonderfully perfect showers! The rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast, "all you can eat" for 5 euros, was a super duper bargain! A Conad store next door for food, also a Pam down the street. The place is large & spacious, with many places to work online & hang out. Staff are friendly & approachable. I felt completely safe there.
The very things I enjoyed, could be a problem for others. a) It is 25- 35 min away from the historical center by foot, so it's not convenient for "spontaneous" walks .... and b) b/c it's a large space, people "who shouldn't be there" are likely able to take advantage of this (ie., the management should look into having security there, esp at night). Still, I informed the staff of my concerns & they were very approachable. I'd stay here again!

Very good location, just out of City Centre, with a local bus stop across the road. On days/nights when there are strikes--now a familiar occurance in Intaly--it can be tricky to return via local transport. A taxi will cost around 15 Euro. The hostel is a lovely place with a spacious garden and large communal kitchen. Staff are gracious and helpful, especially Brigida. I stayed in a six-bed dorm room and the beds were comfortable.
The room was a little dark, even with the overhead lighting. Some hooks on the beds would be welcome for things like towels.

I’m a college student traveling solo around Europe, I 100% recommend this hostel to other younger women traveling by themselves. I stayed in a 6 bedroom female dorm, and the beds had curtains and our room had a private bathroom. Sheets and towels were included and there was an option for a delicious 5€ breakfast. The hostel was very safe and clean for a great price (there are drawers that you can use your own lock to store your belongings). The location was convenient as it was by a bus stop that brings you straight to the city center, and there is a small train station a few minutes away.

There are so many areas to sit and relax outside of the room, and the kitchen was spacious, clean and accessible. The staff was nice and there is a laundry facility. .This is very convenient, and I appreciated it. There is a small market right around the corner which is also convenient, along with bus stops close by.
The beds are too small. By that I mean, a person cannot even sit upright if she/he is on the lower bunk. It is apparent they are of cheap quality. I don't expect the Ritz, I know it's a hostel, but in other hostels, at least the bunk beds have some room so a person can at least straighten her back when sitting. The windows need screens on them. Roommates were opening window in the night and mosquitos were coming in. Very annoying.

We could not find the hotel location .,Waze took us to a wrong location and we were going round and round all night looking for this hotel , called them but a robot answers , we were so tired we slept in our car ! Requested for a refund even just the booking or cancellation fee but was denied !
