Wonderful
Nice location, far enough from crowds, close enough to old town (30 minutes walk to duomo). 10 minutes walk from campo di marte train station. Cleaness of the rooms; rooms are getting cleaned every day. Air condition is working fine. Big kitchen, ATM, vending machine in the ground floor. Nice bar in the yard.
There is no fridge inside rooms, though there ìs a big fridge in the kitchen, shared to everyone. In the peak season one fridge may not be enough

Beautiful room and good location.
The service was great and it was comfortable.
Getting to the city was easy by bus. They have very affordable breakfast buffet and dinner buffet which are very good.
My girlfriend has celiac disease and the glutenfree breakfast was no problem. We just asked the kind staff for some glutenfree options

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE.
This was the worst accommodation experience of my Euro trip.
BE AWARE OF BED BUGS. You can see in the pictures that my legs were covered in bed bug bites. While I was in the lobby, two other girls also complained about bed bugs.
The cleanliness was also very poor. When I checked in, I found many hairs in my bed and it was clearly not clean.
The location is also not very convenient. It’s easy to get to the city center but getting back to the hostel is very difficult. Most of the time I ended up walking about 45 minutes to get back.
I chose this place because it had a rating of over 8 but now I understand why the rating is so high. There is a sign in the room saying that you can get a free beer if you leave a good review.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The courtyard was lovely and the rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable!
It was far away from the main part of florence. But that is on me for not looking closely at location.

Hotel vypadá moc hezky, je tu dokonce i zahrádka s barem a dlouhá chodba jako společenská místnost, postele byly pohodlné a obsahovaly skříňky na zamknutí.
Lokace je dál od centra, ale blízko autobusu.

Great neighbours, amazing city
A bit far from the historic places in the city., the bathrooms were always occupied and not clean, a bit uncomfortable to travel from the room to the bathroom in the other end of the corridor

This Hostek is a little out of the way, but in a way that makes in charming and comfortable in its surroundings. If you like quieter nights and plenty of space in your room then I would definitely recommend this place. Everything was super smooth. Also it’s still within a decent walking distance of everything If your willing to walk 30 mins since the bus routes were confusing.
The property had AC but I just didn’t work to the level I prefer, leading to some very warm nights.

Perfect location for the stadium and for Campo di Marte train Station. Good price. Staff was friendly and they had option to eat breakfast and dinner there. Air Conditioning was functioning and very nice to have.

The staff was very friendly, spoke english very well and were always there to help with anything. The decoration on the common spaces was very beautiful, especially the bar. There was also a big kitchen-sitting area for anyone to use, including a fridge, coffee maker etc. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed really comfortable, including clean linens, a shower towel, electric outlet on the top of the bed next to a small self and a light, dark curtains. The room had a private bathroom, very clean, with soap, warm water and toilet paper. I was in a room with some really nice and considerating ladies, respecting the quiet and clean space. Outside the rooms was a cozy space, with chairs,tables and charging outlets. The rooms felt safe, as everyone needed a card to enter (card lock). It was certainly one of the best hostels I've stayed. Extra points, it is right next to a big church (the entrance is within the outer space of the church), next to bus stations, supermarket and many places to eat (including a turkish food place, that closes at 2 am).
The bathrooms could have been a bit more modern and stylish. They looked okay, and were very clean though. The common fridge was a mess, with no space at all and no freezer. It makes sense as I went on a high season. Also if you need to store something valuable in the fridge, you can give it to the stuff to place it in a private fridge, where visitors cannot access. I can't think of anything actually negative, just the aesthetics on some rooms and the limited space in the fridge. Not something that activelly affected my stay.

Lots of 3rd spaces to enjoy including the 2nd floor tables/chairs/couches and outside area under the trees. Close proximity to transportation.
Very large kitchen but no stove or place to prepare a meal. Would be nice if beds had a privacy curtain, but I just used my towel.

I had a comfortable stay overall. The toilets and bathrooms were well maintained and kept clean, which I appreciated.
The only issue was that the room I stayed in was quite hot, and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be functioning properly, making it a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during the warmer parts of the day.
Aside from that, my stay was pleasant, and the facilities were generally well looked after.
