they charged me 20 euros for arriving late and I told them repeatedly told that I had a late flight.
they called and said... dont come we wont open for you.
I am a woman, in a foreign country. I paid for this accommodation
.. where must I go.
so unacceptable
i did go and they reluctantly opened for me and slapped me with 30 euros penalty...I cried and was reduced to 20.

Disappointing
It had a nice outside area, a nice bar and some cool places to hang out. Connection was good. It had A/C in the rooms so that was great. They upgraded my room for free when I asked for a change. They are cleaning things all the time.
The cleaning products they used left a sour smell everywhere, like old sweat or vinegar. I asked to change the rooms at first because I thought someone was smelling bad, turns out it was their cleaning products. There is no real kitchen for guests, just a fridge, a microwave and a kettle. There aren't any cups, or plates for guests either. Some of my things were stolen from my room (first time I had that happen in a hostel), and there were elder male guests that kept hitting on me and other women. I had to speak to the reception about it.
