Very busy hostel, a lot of people! The room was too small for 6 people, all females, but they were super nice. We shared the space best we could.
The bathroom is outside the room - take the flip flot with you - the floor is dirty - the cleaning service did the best they could, but the traffic was heavy during this weekend. I am not sure if I would stay again, but due to the price and 2 night only in Siena - was a good enough solution.

Incredibly good, supporting staff. Easy to reach via public transport. Don't rely on google maps. It's easy by a single bus from train station. Not often shown by Google maps.

Nice room with separate shower and toilet facilities in the room . Room was clean and good size with big screen tv and air conditioning. I was able to use the washing machine and dryers . staff friendly. Nice area just a 7 minute walk from Campo Marte train station and only 10 minutes from central Florence

the bed in the hostel room was a bit shaky, you can literally feel the girl who sleeping beneath every move.

Location and cleanness are nice.
My whole experience here has been ruined by a complete lack of respect for my private space. I was in my room, not decent, when someone knocked. I shouted 'No, two minutes!' but he just walked in anyway. He didn't speak English and showed no signs of being sorry or embarrassed. He used a translator to show me something about a complaint, but I couldn't understand it. After entering my room without permission, he told me it would take 5 minutes, but he didn't return for 15 minutes, so I couldn't even change my clothes. I had to sit there and wait. This one incident has completely overshadowed everything else. P.S.: When I was doing my check out, the receptionist asked how was my stay and I explained the situation. She only said "Thanks for review" :p No tiny apology.
