Wonderful
Secluded quiet location in the older south side of the river. Still great location for reaching all the major sites on foot within 30 minutes max. Very clean throughout and very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast in bright and roomy area which included outside seating for warm sunny mornings.
We had to reschedule our stay due to illness and there was quite a hike in price. Given all the above positives, we're glad we went with it anyway.

Quiet, pretty, comfortable, staff was amazing and so accommodating
Bring ear plugs in case youre a light sleeper. We could hear another guest cough as she had a bad cold. Then we had a screaming baby all night one night. We packed earplugs bc this could happen anywhere. Overall we loved our stay.

Quiet yet in walking distance from the centre. Own parking. Great breakfast, excellent service.
Windows were still single glazing, and we were above the breakfast terrace. As it was rainy, nobody was on the terrace, otherwise sound would have been audible in the room.

Lovely cute hotel on the quiet side of town with very helpful and kind staff. Cherish was so lovely and very helpful in recommending local restaurants and popular sites for first time visitors. Some great food near by and amazing gelato finds walking distance from hotel. Would definitely recommend this place. So close to all the sites.
The rooms were very comfortable but little dated. But nothing to fault really, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. Adam the bartender was awesome.
Didnt like that you had to stick your key card in the slot every time for power.

Staff were very helpful. Great location for more local restaurants and bars but not far from central sights.
They wouldnt let us turn on the air con which given heat and that to have the windows open you also have to have the shutters open made it very uncomfortable.

Great position in Florence, quiet, clean, some staff very pleasant and helpful - in particular Giovani who made us laugh telling us which trains to catch to Lucca on a Sunday, and Cherish who was very smiley and helpful. Good breakfast. Very pleasant gardens for a large city hotel.
Expensive for deluxe room when the window was too high to look out of and only a view of random roofs - couldn't even see the garden. Room was dark and lacking in character. Some staff on reception acted as though they were doing us a favour when answering questions or getting us a kettle and fresh milk - not much to ask when you're paying over 300 euros b&b! No information in the room about anything.

This property is amazing. In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to everything. Lots of local restaurants options to choose from. The staff here is amazing, the rooms small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and eating outside on the patio so relaxing. Highly recommend this property

Charming hotel in old recontructed building with small garden. We really enjoy nice room with very nice modern design. Great foyer with bar and friendly stuff. Parking in the center of Firenze.

The hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the historic center. However, the location is very quiet, and the hotel has a nice garden and green setting.
