The size of the property is great. The location is near by shops and restaurants but the building itself is tucked away so it’s very quiet at night. The staff and the breakfast was wonderful!
The pillows were very soft and not super comfy but honestly that’s the only thing we didn’t care for so not a big deal.

This hotel is special and staff are fantastic! I was traveling with my sister and George especially… and also Giovanni at front desk went above and beyond to make our stay so nice and truly fabulous! All the staff here at hotel are super kind and helpful. Huda runs a great crew for the delicious breakfast each day. My sister and I both loved our room and the very comfortable beds.
The location is pretty far away from the main sights in tourist area so if you like to be closer to the heart of things than this hotel is not for you. Also, the prices here can be quite steep at times.

The hotel is in a perfect location to the area of Florence. The staff are welcoming and very helpful!! This is our second time staying and we will stay her again when we come to Florence!

The staff at the hotel were excellent and provided us wth all the information we needed for our visit. They were particularly good on local restaurants, which they booked for us, and suggesting alternatives when the obvious attractions of Florence proved to be too crowded. We particularly enjoyed a drink at the bar with the splendid barman Adam, a master of the cocktail. The hotel is very well sited in Otrarno, a shortish walk to the centre but away from the crowds. Our room was light and spacious and an excellent breakfast was served each morning.
My only criticism is that I would have liked a little more hanging space (and hangers) for my dresses, though there was ample drawer space.

The best accommodation of our entire trip. The hotel felt a little tucked away from the busy streets of the neighborhood; it was wonderful. The room was very clean and they provided nice toiletries (the only hotel to provide hair conditioner and lotion--my hair and skin say thank you!) and two cartons of water per day. The staff were extremely professional. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful old convent complex surrounded by walls and super peaceful gardens inside. Friendly staff and good breakfast included. The daily happy hour in the lobby was lovely. Just 15 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio.

Quiet and peaceful! Close to town where you could walk and see the city yet relax and enjoy the area in peace afterwards! The staff are outstanding and very knowledgeable and helpful!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel was very nice and a good location to walk everywhere.
Just like our hotel in Rome Italy, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the 100 degree weather but for the most part stayed cool enough.

from the moment my reservation was booked all started to go well, communication from the property is excellent, they are on top of each detail we asked for. add the breakfast to your reservation, you wont get dissapointed at all.

Location is out of the way but short walk to everything. Good restaurants in the neighborhood (and an excellent Steak house). Recommend a walk along the old city wall (starting on the hotel property) to the back entrance to the Boboli Garden, many old statues and fountains, eventually to the back entrance to the Petti Palace. (beware a long steep uphill stretch). Excellent breakfast.
Not a friendly walk from the train station. Take a taxi!
