This hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff are delightful and I loved the decor. I would totally stay here again, in spite of the problems I'm reporting below. I just want to do other travelers the favor of letting them know what to expect, since the listing is not accurate.
I booked this hotel because it called itself a "B&B" and the listing promised a delicious breakfast for 6 Euros. Also because it promised two separate beds in each room. I was booking myself for two days, and a group of clients for a week. I'd promised my clients separate beds (since they are unrelated to each other) and breakfast.
At the last minute I was told that no breakfast would be available (so I guess it's just a B, not a B&B?) and even though I was assured repeatedly, in messages and in person, that each guest could have her own bed, at the end we were told there weren't enough sheets to make up separate beds and two guests were forced to share.

Plenty of choice at breakfast and able to help yourself. Drinks and cake left in afternoon/evening.
About a 15 minute walk to the centre which was fine for us.
Quiet at night.
Clean property.
Slightly small shower cubicle but bedroom large.

The location of the hotel is outstanding - 5 mins to Boboli Gardens, 10 - 15 mins to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, Cappella Brancacci. The hotel and the neighborhood are quiet. The room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable. A breakfast of coffee, cake and biscuits is available in the morning. The managers of the hotel (Giulia and Sonia) were very attentive and helpful. Communication with them was excellent (prior to my arrival and during my stay). The check-in process was flawless too. It was possible to leave my luggage in the hotel for a few hours after check-out and do last museum visits ;) I would consider staying here again on a next visit to Florence. Highly recommended!

We had a super cute room, the bathroom is a bit small, but other than that, all good.
It's about 10 minutes by foot to the Ponte Vecchio so really close to the center, but very calm area.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and away from the busier areas. We loved being so near to the Oltrarno district. We had complimentary hot tea, coffee, and water which was so appreciated. Plus, our host went above and beyond to allow us to easily check in late and store our bags after check-out for a time. Absolutely worth it, would stay again.

This was a true home away from home. Giulia was a wonderful, helpful, and warm hostess. My room was charming, very large, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was also very large and super clean. A kettle with coffee and tea were provided, very welcome during my winter visit. The breakfast offered for a very reasonable 6 EU was abundant, fresh, and delicious. Guests may also enjoy coffee and cake in the morning whether they opt for the breakfast or not. The guesthouse is in a great location, near enough to all sights to walk, but in a quiet, non-touristy area. The whole place has a warm, cozy, feel and is nicely decorated. This was one of my favorite stays in Italy.
