Location and nice rooms
Cleaning staff went though our bag and took liquid iv packets. Not valuable but still a violation of privacy.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable. The food for breakfast was excellent. Loved the gym and whirlpool. The shuttle to the metro is convenient to help you get around. Definitely coming back!

Location.
It was a bit far from the centre . Almost paid 30’euros per trip . It’s far from railway station and also airport.

The property was well located, the breakfast was good
We stayed for 2 nights, and they didn’t make our room on the entire stay, they had from 9:30am that we left the room until 10pm when we arrived and they didn’t clean the room or make the bed, we called the front desk to ask for someone to clean it and the answer was that they were not able to do it.
The air conditioning was not working so we went to the front desk and they turned on but we didn’t have control of the temperature so we freeze the hole night, we call them to let them know the situation and they simply turned the air conditioning off and they told us that we couldn’t use the air conditioning.
It’s the worst stay on the trip and for the price that we paid this is unacceptable

The futon and pillows were fluffy and very comfortable.
The shower barely worked.
Someone came to fix it, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
They also couldn’t move me to another room because the hotel was fully booked.

Third time we come and the indoor pool is not working

- Hotel is clean, keeps up to standards
- Staff is generally welcoming and supportive
- 4 elevators cover the needs very well
- Rooms are good, clean, beds are comfortable
- breakfast is rather dull, monotonous, average or below. For 4 star Hilton hotel, I expected more. I have eaten much better breakfasts in much smaller establishments. Kitchen is generally not so good
- whirlpool/tub was not working for a while, and I am not sure if a Hotel can be a 4 star without a proper pool
- location is terrible, almost deserted, nothing in the vicinity absolutely. A small mall nearby doesn't provide almost anything.
I find it to be strong 3 star, or weak 4 star hotel. Overall good, but I expected a bit more.
