I did not have breakfast - though it was included in the price. But some members of my family did, and they said it was very good.
Everything else was absolutely perfect. And the location is outstanding.
Possibly the room service prices - though I didn't order anything, just saw the prices!

The staff were the most attentive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A special mention goes to Silvia, who coordinated all the logistics and purchases to make a birthday celebration truly memorable. The spa was wonderfully relaxing as well, with great rates available for residents.

An absolutely wonderful hotel in every respect. Impeccable service. Fantastic location. We had a Junior Suite. We've stayed at many fine hotels around the world. Our short stay at the Helvetia & Bristol was truly one of the most memorable of them all. Many thanks to the hotel team.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff in particular were exceptional, especially those at the concierge desk who I emailed several times in advance of our stay, to prebook restaurants and taxis for our family group - they were so kind and helpful. The hotel is luxurious and elegant with a kind of laid back vibrancy which felt perfect. I’d definitely recommend!

Very attentive staff. All very polite, welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Florence, ideal for sightseeing and dining. Also located in a high end shopping area but also a short walking distance to all the leather and gold shops.
The breakfast buffet was limited on choice but they do also have an a la carte menu.

I can’t say enough about this hotel! Beautiful from top to bottom. The rooms were luxurious and the staff was super helpful. The spa is a great escape from all the walking and crowds. It’s perfectly located to walk to all of the sites. The breakfast was 10/10.
