Very quiet and upscale area and convenient to reach most of the tourist attractions by public bus or walking less than 30 minutes. The owner helps guests to maximize travel experience in Florence. This is definitely a first-choice for us to stay should we visit Florence again in the future

A lovely apartment on a beautiful and quiet leafy street, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk/catch a bus to the main sights. Lorenzo was so helpful when we checked in and his restaurant recommendations were amazing! We loved the view from the terrace.

Beautifully decorated apartment and roomy. Quiet, nice neighborhood.
The only thing was that the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The space and the views the proximity to the food shops and buses Lorenzo was very communicative.
Kitchen facilities need to be uncluttered and old stuff thrown out. Needs new non Stick frying pan. Basic essentials were in short supply. Eg toilet paper, 1 tea towel, old kitchen sponges unacceptable we had to buy new ones, no washing powder. If the windows were open you heard the crashing of glass being put in the bins across the road. Should have salt and pepper, olive oil etc. coffee tea new soap etc. dont enjoy finding other peoples old food in the cupboard for us to use. No thanks. We encourage Lorenzo to adopt these suggestions as we really care about him and his family business. Lorenzo we love your place but it needs more care.

The host was incredibly hospitable and attentive, offering valuable insights and recommendations about the city and local dining options. The apartment is located close to the city centre, in a quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment is quite old and dusty and doesn't have a living room. You have to make do with the kitchen, or the patio if it is warm outside. Parking directly in front of the apartment incurs a fee of 2 euros per hour. Alternatively, free parking is available on a nearby street approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Lovely quiet location near to excellent restaurants and within walking distance of the city centre. Lorenzo was so helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and the map with key information was invaluable.

We loved staying in this beautiful apartment, close to the centre but also very quiet. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and the kitchen had everything we needed, with a nice balcony at the back. Lorenzo, the host, met us at the property and was very friendly, he gave us so many useful tips on places to visit, transport and local restaurant. Highly recommended!

It is close to the city and attractions. A very well appointed apartment that is cozy and homely. An engaging and gracious host with great advice. Felt like home and would highly recommend the apartment to everyone.

Great location especially as we had a car. Easy walk into the main area of Florence via Ponte di Vecchio. Lorenzo was so helpful and friendly with great recommendations. We would definitely stay again and will return.

Wonderful quite apartment, I stayed on a ground floor so it has a little garden. Felt like home. Bathroom is modern with bidet. Lorenzo is a super host and was available any time and was very supportive even if I had some issues in the city helped me to translate. Grazie Mille! Highly recommend
