The location was superb, the staff were wonderful,
The kitchen was adequate.
What it needed was easy locking doors, a faster elevator, faucets that were easy to use, and a full renovation. And the bathroom trash can was a nuisance.

The space was really nice and the hotel itself also very impressive. We loved the style and feel. The staff were also very nice and friendly. Safe and very central. Noise was not a problem. The common areas were underrated.

Wonderful
The room was spacious and elegant. The loft area was a nice place to read in the mornings and not disturb someone who may still be sleeping. The fresh croissants in the mornings was an extra special treat.
A more modern coffee maker.

That it is close to the piazza
Everything else. They scammed me by showing different pictures on booking then i found that it is completely different room has no view on the main piazza just an internal room with the view to the dome. The room looked like a hunted room. I asked for a refund they scammed again for free cancelation but still no refund i am continuing on this escalation until full refund.
The beds are like rocks.

The location was amazing, there was a view of Il Duomo from the bedroom window, and from the rooftop terrace. The hotel is directly in the piazza and steps from the entrance to the basilica.
Communication was perfect. Prior to our arrival they messaged me on WhatsApp t providing directions and codes for locating the hotel and for entry. The staff was wonderful, with suggestions for shopping (real leather) as well as dinner. They delivered fresh cornetti in the morning, and housekeeping replaced the yogurt, snacks and jellies & honey daily.
The bedroom and kitchen were very large and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had solid sleep. We love that some rooms had an exterior door to close off those two from the hallway. (Our neighbor chose the door the first night, presumably for more quiet, but it was plenty quiet for us.) We felt this was an excellent fattore for when we return with family - to have the two rooms, then close the door to the hall - excellent feature.

This property was gorgeous. For my very first night in Italy I dreamed of staying at place which had a balcony with a view. Well, the view doesn’t get any better than this!

We loved the place.. it was our nicest authentic booking we have made for Europe. Everything was perfect, the staff and room and the view. It’s an old style room .. gives you the feeling of actually being in an old city.. yet maintains cleanness. If you are a couple and looking for a romantic place in Florence then this is the place you are looking for. Btw, we loooooved the small kitchen .. it was a such a cute idea to serve ourselves and enjoy using it for simple things like make breakfast.

The location was perfect! It is right next to the Duomo, so every time you walk out the door, you get to see one of the most fascinating buildings in Florence. There was live music outside the Duomo every night which was fun! Everything was in walking distance and there were plenty of shops and food around. The cornettos that they deliver to your door every morning at 8:30 were the best we tasted. The staff was top notch. If I ever make it back to Florence I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very close to everything and decent of the city. I love that you walk everywhere you don’t need to pay Taxi.
