We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Such nice people.
I had requested a room with a walk in shower, but the room had a bathtub/shower. The bathtub is difficult for me to use. We were only there for one night this time, so it didn’t matter as much, but it would have been a problem if we were there longer.

Location!!!! The best!!!
Poor lighting in hallway. I fell down the stairs from the 2nd floor landing because I didn’t see the step and the motion sensor was behind a door. I’m 70 and was very fortunate nothing was broken.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Like the name, it is truly charming! The hosts at the desk are warm, friendly and so helpful. The accommodations are elegant and comfortable, plus, we had an incredible view. The breakfast croissant delivered to our door promptly at 8:30 AM in a pastry bag was so sweet. The little cozy library for a night cap…… These lovely people have thought of everything!

The location is great,literally steps from granduomo. The size of the room is also pretty good.
The whole hallway and partially the room smells because of the leather padding on the doors. Our backpacks and clothes picked up the smell. Also - there was construction and literal jackhammers on the other side of the wall that made resting throughout the day impossible. The shower is rather small and the water pressure sucks on top of the water constantly switching from cold to boiling

It was absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony cannot be beat! The staff were wonderful people! So friendly and over and above what I expected.
Unfortunately there was a drain problem in the shower as the drain was not sealed properly and I fell resulting in an injury to my back that completely ruined the rest of my vacation. The first time, I left it out for the cleaning person to notify the office but it was only put back unsecured so I fell during the second shower thinking it was fixed. Other than ruining the rest of my vacation, it was a wonderful place to stay

The location was amazing on the square facing the Duomo. The staff was very friendly, helpful and left fresh pastries at our door every morning.
Where we were inside we could not hear any of the noise on the square.

It's located right across the Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore! We really enjoyed seeing it every day and observing its details in such a close distance. Even though there's no formal breakfast provided, some yogurts, cereal, bread, spreads and coffee/tea/juice were provided (they also provided fresh croissants every morning at 8:30), which was good enough for a simple morning meal. We also loved their rooftop, where you can closely observe the top of the church. Coffee, tea and biscotti were provided there. We went there every morning to have our breakfast!

Location!!! The hotel is walkable distance to just about anywhere. The bathroom is modern and there is a little kitchenette. Bedroom is comfortable. You get a good value out of your money.

A beautiful accommodation and a perfect location! The staff was wonderful and our room was spotless. The a/c was nice and cool. This was my second stay here and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Location was good. Loved having a croissant delivered to my door each morning and little coffee maker.
Checked in late at night so no one was there to give me all the info about the hotel. Only found out about the rooftop terrace and upstairs lounge on my last day there from another guest. I definitely would have taken advantage of that.

Not only was there a washer and a dryer in the unit, but every other amenity that we could want. The property was able to store our luggage following check out with a private locked space that only we had the key to. And, we had access to a bathroom when we picked up our luggage. Fairly unusual for a boutique hotel. Location was simply outstanding.
The shower was a bit tight for a full sized adult man. Not atypical for historic European properties, though.

Restored 18th century residence. Across from Duomo.
Big, clean apartment with every possible amenity. Very comfortable beds. Fresh croissants every morning. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt each day. Walk ability to everything in Florence. The most wonderful staff. Rooftop lounge as well as comfy parlor. Perfection.
